No, just one entry but if you missed the first could have jumped in on the secondary, No I don't really like trading the 5 min to many losses can happen. But in a very quite time and I am looking for a entry I will begrudgingly look at it.

One point I am trying to make is that S/D can used to find those entries of systems you have used before . The entry points on a chart no matter what the trading system is happen in the same places . The Supply and Demand Levels are better entries than waiting on some signal.

If I had used that 5 min for entry the entry would have been at or below that level . Not up in it .

EU was sooooooo slowly , but finally hit my TP.

should have either moved my stop to BE or re-entered OZ , it just took so long and off hrs .

Ken & Everyone,

This is just an update of my S&D trading results after several weeks of trading.

I am doing for the most part the same thing as I have posted in the past, but I have now dropped down to trading the 15M tf from the 30M as it just seems to work better for me. I am looking for the swap trades, but not my main focus. View the Day, 4H & 1H for their levels then drill down to the 15M to trade. No indicators involved, not even my one time favorite the RSI is being used.

Post #1218 by Ken is another good post & it is so true. After trading these Supply & Demand Zones almost from day one of discovering this thread my trading has much improved. I want discuss actual gains, but will say the gains are most impressive & the losses are at a minimum.
There are still losers, but not that frequent.

Thanks again Ken & all that post on this thread. The chart postings are outstanding & most helpful. Good trades to all.

Just thought I'd say thanks for the great thread. I'm only just starting out but trying to absorb as much information on supply and demand methods as possible. I'll try and contribute some charts too once I've figured out how to!

Hello boys and girls,

Posting a simple intraday trading mechanism. Its nothing new, but for those who are new to S/D levels and are struggling with picking levels. See the attached charts on how i make pips.

Note , the ideas are simple and make sense to me. Also ken could provide his inputs.

Step 1: Identify market direction(I use simple trend lines, but you could use PA on HTF also, or any other method that works for you). This is key to making any system work!!.
Step 2: Identify Supply or demand levels based on the direction of market and set POs.
Step 3 : Profit!!!

Posting an example also, see charts.

Note this same mechanism can be applied for long term trading as well. E.g weekly and daily. Entries on H4 to H1.

Thnx zamfir nice alert. I already banked 75% of my position size at Hourly swap zone (Grey area on my chart) it is clear that swissy is holding channel and bounced from h1 demand zone sitting at swap zone with some other trendline, fibs confirmations.
