Technicals:

MN1, W1, D1: Ichimoku does not provide clear direction at moment

H4 shows weak bullish TK cross (blue, magenta) with Kumo resistance at current level. CS (green) around PA 26 periods ago points towards indecisiveness here.

R3: 402x
R2: 394x
R1: 386x

S1: 368x
S2: 361x
S3: 350x

H1 is bullish from 35920 with powerful kumo breakout at 3670. Flat Kumo top and PA distance to TS (blue) indicate partial retrace to fib levels in chart before possible bullish continuation.

M15 is about to invalidate bullish TKx from 3640 and a retrace would see Kumo support in line with 23.6 fib

Friday's move was no surprise on expectations of Italy accepting austerity measures and parting of bunga bunga man

Weekly opening been at 1.3756 ... no gap therefore ...

Highest been 1.3805 ...

Lowest been 1.3755 until now ...

And irrespective of chart information - highest bid at Interbank conditions has been 1.3814 until now ...

EU early analysis suggest bullish price action in upcoming days at least Monday and Tuesday.

Bullish gap on retail openeing cca 30 pips, add to current price resistance ( 3780) . 3810-3820 will be important level, id say 3820.

If 3820 is overcome 1.40 is in play again.

3830-40 will be resistance for 1.40

Long @ 1.3784 (1/10)
Target @ DR1 1.3839 (DR1)
see also the Fib 50% (1.3847) Daily: 2011.08.29-2011.1004
(Weekly till 1.4050 R3 or Fib 61.8% ~1.4075 all possible)

&

Short @ 1.3781 (1/10)
Target @ indefinite
(H1/H4: CCI14 Top actual)

Be aware H4:
Lastly, we've got hidden bearish divergence. This occurs when price makes a lower high (LH), but the oscillator is making a higher high (HH). By now you've probably guessed that this occurs in a downtrend. When you see hidden bearish divergence, chances are that the pair will continue to shoot lower and continue the downtrend.

But the crackpot EURUSD and his actual crazy market environment seems more out of control at the time. All bets are off.

Monthly looks for me more down. Let's see end of November.

...and will try to trade also the M1/M5 this day.

Hoffe das verkommt hier nicht langsam auch zu einem "Kiosk" ...

Nothing changed ... Strategy is clear ...

Hausse actuelle semble s'essouffler vers 1.3778 / 1.3817 ou 1.3841 pour un retracement vers la zone des 1.3710 ou 1.3687 - 1.3667 / 61 ...

Fin de tendance haussière

Vendu aux 1.3802 et 1.3775 et 1.3765 et 1.3757 ...

J' attends casser au-dessous de 1.3710 ...

Yes ... fine ... there will be a few small ferries to the upside ... Berlusconi step aside party ...

Then they will get headaches ... because they get that uncertain feeling that that ugly whole System Berlusconi is still alive ...

They will only overcome that illness in case they are able to make TABULA RAZA with the whole cranky system ...

So ... a few small ferries up ... but the big old steam boat "La Rhône" is leaving for the southside later ... don't miss the passenger cards for the southbound ...
