Every timeframe has its own Swings, Targets and Trouble areas. We analyze from the large timeframe to the small, we do this to give more importance always to the larger timeframe.

While we analyze from the large timeframe to the small, the price action moves from the small timeframe to the large.


Monthly Chart is showing we are moving down in an up and down action since 1.4939. We are currently just under the mid-point, 1.3858. If we stay below this point we will look for 1.3281 and 1.2822. If we get above 1.3858 and find support we will start to look up in the Monthly chart. We will look up to 1.3976, 1.4140, 1.4633, 1.4895.


Weekly has the midpoint at 1.3777 and we are currently right at that point at 1.3772. We have some Dynamic Fibonacci levels here. Remember we treat the 61.8 as the main barrier, if we break above this point we are likely to go to the 100% Target 1...with the 78.6 Sub-Barrier on the way. If we make it passed the 100% we will head toward the 161.8 Full Target 2. On the way we will hit each sub-target 138.2 and 150. After any Target is hit we can watch for a retrace. Going up, we take things level by level...and retracing we take things level by level. We can retrace to Target 1 (100%) or all the way to the original 61.8.

At no time can we tell the market where to go. We take things level by level in the direction that our planning timeframes are going. If the market changes, we change with it after confirmation of that change. We analyze from the Large Timeframe to the small, price movement moves from the small timeframe to the large.



Daily shows the Fibonacci Zones and we are right at the midpoint again, 1.3749. We need to find support or resistance at this point and then follow the move up or down level by level.



480 show the Fibonacci Zone midpoint at 1.3858. So the price movement has us a little below this point



240 Chart, we have the Fibonacci zones. We play these level by level with our Support and Resistance levels.

Monthly Shows that we are staying above 1.0283, if this continues to hold we look upwards. If it gives way we follow our levels lower.



Weekly chart is showing similar support found 1.0246. Weekly levels up are 1.0503, 1.0693 then 1.0855. Weekly levels down are 1.0246, 1.0126, .9969.



Daily chart shows Monthly Hi/Los. We take things level by level.

The WHOLE time we have been posting charts for GOLD. While people were calling for a bubble WAY BACK, we said it is long. When it made it's high, we said it had reached the large timeframe Full Target 2. Gold then retraced down and we gave the levels. People were calling for the collapse, we said it reached Full Target 2, of the retracement, and we needed to wait for the market to let us know where it is going. The market told us it is going back up...here we are today.

It is always Fibonacci, Fractals, Support and Resistance!

One of the previous posts i have mentioned the flag on the weekly, i hope you have it, it has been up and down, support to resistance, resistance to support, how easy it is to trade.

The new month has begun, NFP has come...now we let the market tell us where it is headed. We have to read the candles on the chart like words in a book. But we cannot read just one chapter (timeframe)! We MUST read all chapters (timeframes) to understand the WHOLE movement of the Currency.

Ask yourself, what is this new candle telling me? Where did it open? where did the previous one close? Did it make a new high, or new low?

When reading candles it is as important to see what a candle does, but it is just as important to look at what a candle DOESN'T do!

After a candle breaks a significant level, expect the currency to take a break. Afterall, it just made an important move...give it time to breath (retrace or consolidate). The more significant the level (larger the timeframe) the larger the retracement or consolidation can be.
