Look how many times (blue arrows) that supply level has been visited. All the supply has been consumed. Moreover at the levl took by Red price previously dropped like a stone (rally base drop) confirming the validity of the level.

Just my 2 c. Hope it helps

it still could have been a r/s zone, the supply consumption and drops wont stop the level acting like a r/s zone, so in this case it was more a case of will it go through or not? close your trade @ the possible r/s or not?


l was happy with the result to the zone and left it running locked it shortly after and went to tg near the source of the rally ........ supply to demand


it is a pole and flag situation

It was a fantistic trade Red. Shapò.

Funny is, I had the same level marked on the my chart but was not there to pull the trigger.
