And while we are at why dont u post somthing and give me clear instructions... actualy post a few charts so i can what i am doing tech wise WRONG.. instead of sitting on the side line sling ing Sht.. Its called contribution... somthing there is not much of on this thred at the mo.. If u dont mind..

Mrs V had two trades this morning (2 winners) and then had some visitors. A little conservative on the exits as her (our) habit but 47 pips is 47 pips.

Before and after pics shown.

GU a straight forward exit above 25 level after the hammer.

The main focus on the thread is hl, lhs but we also dabble with other set ups which are so close to hl/lh's ie double tops/bottoms and some 2b set ups.

They are all signs of test and failure at a certain level.

Correct. We seem to have let the fozzy rsi creep in for divergence and as a help in looking for higher TF confirmation.

For example if rsi below its ma or below its 50 level on high tf you might wish to focus on selling. Only looking to buy at very specific times/reasons.

Its an emotional buisness my Son...What the fellow who got up my nose a bit.. fails to realise or grasp is Vs thinking behind all this is very sound.. but the way i trade it and u trade it and V trades it and Vs wife trades it and any one else will be all diffrent as our emotions and and personalitys come throu..I dont trade this like a ROBOT... WTC....USD Cad.. to make a decision on were i think the EUUD or Cable or Dragon may go..I also rely heavily on Fibo pivots.. 1/4.. mth.. and week..and fibo points.. 4 hr Fozzy.. etc..I posted all this in detail some time back.. when V asked me how i used the USD Index.. I know i go close to the wind some times in relation to HL.. LH.. but quite often the hier lowLH.. may be on a hier or lower time frame but not so clear on the one i post...I am no genius and i am not the smartest or sharpest bloke in the camp.. but i do do the hard yards..and my trades have a fair bit behind them before i take a possie..
Focus .. Persistance.. and Patience.. I have to tell my self this over and over again..I will stop Waffeling now..

White line is EMA 200.. other line is from Islander medic thred..begining of OCT i think....called.. all averages..V2..just go to were Islander starts to post in October.. Hope this helps..

EUUD.. 1 hr.. just taken this one.. stop below day ppx and last months pivot.. is now above last months pivot.. this months pivot and current mid point 1/4 range.. should go a little hier...DXY below current monthly pivot and appears to be moving down..

Variation on a system trade..

Been testing 1 min Islander style trading and caught this post FOMC.

Price makes a strong move down after news through the Monthly Pivot/W_M1/3750 combo breaking the low of the large lower wick 15 min candle. The 5 min shows a shooting star followed by a strong negative close. Price is now below all moving averages.

1 min chart price makes a small retrace to just below the above mentioned area and forms a lower high. Sell stop 1 pip below 1st bar with no lower wick (left arrow) just triggered my entry (1/2 size position), I entered 2nd half 1 pip below right hand arrow - at 3738 and 3735 respectively.

Out for +20 when price failed to make a lower low after strong push down with divergence showing.

Cable.. because of strong resistance betweek 5900 and 5840.. i think there will be some long trades in this..Current low is 5880ish..will be watching.. 15.. 5 and 1min for possible trades..

Great stuff here in the thread. I trade only PA. My charts are always in their pure unpolluted birthday suits. Unfortunately very few pure price action threads here.
