I am not saying that, I am saying the int pushed it further.

Your entry was perfect, I was also short scalp made 7 pips, now I am back in.

i still want to call you mia lol. i am only visiting here every so often as i honestly feel it hampers my trading. i started visiting here and went from 800ish pips per week to 500ish lol. Anyway i'm back to doing what i do best and that is trade at certain times with no indicators keep it simple, today has been an exception i have absolutely battered usd and jpy. i have been looking into ATR just lately and that looks a simple way to trade anyway mla look after yourself, billy

108 pips profit currently
eurousd flies around 160 pips a day recently lets say it goes 120. 120 pips x 5 = 600 pips so damn man u caught all that moves? atr i dont trade it its just way of seeing range and watevers i dont know off. people use it for volatility stops and take profits that can be possible within range. Like Bollinger Bands, most use it for volatility stops and take profits. top of range and bands are ascending mean an uptrend. ranging bollingers are best. sell tops buy lows. if bands are down its a downtrend

was the last message to me?? Today my main object was to trade g/u which i did very well it could of been a lot lot better but hay ho i took a big slice. my secondary trades being a/u e/j and e/u your right what you say about atr but the more i personally think about something the less i trade lol. put it simplified atr is like a road with traffic lights either end. take care

for some reason i still think its demo and i just buy and sell normally no hesitation of such sort. i feel great

well right now this candle is decisive.

never be fooled by price actions false dancing and fakes.
wicks are all on that low bears did not win that battle.

i have learnt this from another thread about candles and price action and i will begin to post on it shortly, as soon as i put a +1 stop loss on this babe

so how can i win even though my long is losing? simple.
if my short is 0.02 lot size, and long is only 0.01, that means if i win the long its profit to maximize profit correct? and if long is minus -30 pips like now, im actually gaining $0.10 every time it goes down per pip, instead of a $0.20 gain.

if it goes up, ill get a +$0.10.

win both ways.

Here it is now, virtually curently my short is losing while my long is winnig but locking in that long is basically minimizing loss and making win while you are losing,
even ifthat long is dead you are still making proift.

you have effectively just scaled out of your position by buying into your short.

but its actually stil lthere so its well.. confusing hehe.. but you guys have been out there on the whole mm tricks and everything so im guesing that would be correct.

i never done this on demo, but seen many done it and did few calculations mathmetically, and voila possible, possible.
