The levels I'm looking at are: 1.405 - 1.409 for retracement and then 1.435. I won't buy now until proper retrace or 1.42 broken

From elliots view what flynch posted for wave#4 is acceptable...for the rest of the labelling I have something else going..right or wrong!

Looks like we may have a ping pong between 1.4125 and 1.4213, for now...both +-10pips

This hour close was 1.4150 and we needed to close below that to continue towards the lows...
The chances for going more down are decreasing now.
But what the hell do I know anyway.

US$ Index, CRUDE OIL and EURUSD are in place for "brake or shake" action on very important levels. Looks like this hour close is rather very important or we might wait a little longer for USA data to pull a trigger.

Hi Seb,

fundamentally it makes perfect sense. Prechter calls it the 1-2 punch:

a) due to deflationary tendencies debtors are more and more forced to pay back their debt. Most debt worldwide is held in USD. So this people/companies/countries have to buy USD in order to pay back their debt. That should strengthen the USD

b) When most debt worldwide is in USD and you see continuing debt imploding, the result is, that the USD, which remain in the system, get more worth


Regarding timeframe for parity:

can happen very very quickly. I think of about latest mid to end 2012

Prechters view is much more bearish than mine view.

If we get significantly below parity I can easily modify my count to match Prechters.
