Guys like this are great for one thing: Pouring easy liquidity into the market. If you think it's sad or immoral to be winning from other people's loss, you've picked the wrong profession. Like the poker saying goes, "It's immoral to let a sucker keep his money."
I think it is quite ignorant to just assume this guy is a complete idiot on account of this mistake. I don't know the guy, maybe he is as dumb as a doorknob, maybe not. You definately can't tell that by one mistake. Do you know how many of the richest people in the world went bankrupt at least once before making it big?

ps I am quite happy to take this guys money and do not think it is immoral in the slightest if he is a willing participant in the market. I just don't think it is right to laugh at other peoples tradgedies.

Though unlikely, yes, he may not be a complete idiot in general as a person (irrelevant), but he was definitely being one on this trade, and as a trader. That's what we are addressing, isn't it obvious?

Tragedy? LOL. Kids in Somalia starving to death, that's a tragedy. This is not. The guy threw his life-savings in one gamble of a trade, and then sat watching and cursing like some angry teenager having his ass kicked at some online game. There is nothing "educational" or "touching" about this, nor is it a "tragedy". It's just a plain stupid and irresponsible act and should be seen as such. Some pros doing such thing at one point in their career doesn't make it any better, it just means they were THAT stupid too at some point.

OK, tradgedy was probably a poor choice of words, but you know what I mean. This would have been devistating for this bloke at the time. I do believe that most people need to blow a meaningful account at some point to make it in this business, or at least speed up the process. I know that without my experience I would have kept turning it over profit for months on end only to give it back on some overleveraged trade for a lot longer than I did. The wake up call is what I needed to make it. Maybe I am an idiot for needing that wake up call, or maybe I am a genious for subconciously giving it to myself before I wasted any more time and effort

Thanks, lmao. Thats funny. But id play it calm, win 10 or lose 10. Start with capital that is not your life savings. Or in another way jeezy says best "scared money, dont make no money". If it needs to happen it probably wont. I try to apply simple physics to the charts, so its kinda like the charts have a pulldown of 8.2 m/s. lol, go short, short. lmao. and ill be closing my eur/usd short positions at 1.437 flat, shortly.
Watching this post's video I found this one wich is another example of dumb trading. I laugh a lot because I felt the same not so long ago. Looks like the guy is just stupidly chasing the stock market and feels the market is always against him. It's nice exercise for those of us who have felt that way. By the way discretion is advised, swearing is constant.

About a month ago, I've put a screenshot of someone losing a half million $ on USDCHF. That was LIVE ACCOUNT. And I remember the person's face till now. If you guys want to see it, I can make a screenshots again

i already lost 30k eur in one trade(was long eurpln straddle some time ago) but i was wrong with timing.....fortunatelly it wasnt my own money....but still a bad feeling that you lost one solid car
