EURUSD still capped in a certain distance below its former 1.4 challenge ... to trade in the lower range ... with mild a bearish stance ...

Simple trend following strategy based on MTF analysis.

H4 candle needs to close below blue sma.
H1 is already below it.
M5 is entry and I will join on retracement and subsequent close below SMA.

If the entry is late due to the rules of entering, I will deploy countertrend/range strategy where I enter LONG position on a confirmation of my QUAD range strategies.

This is a heikin ashi chart ...

Shows with blue vertical lines the point of time when "value dates" has been changed and fresh updates has been done ...

As you can see the EURO is still under pressure ... and major tendency is still favouring the downside from intraday prospective ...

Obviously we have had a kind of bull failure with yesterdays high ... as many of us has been observed here and the major thread is still set for some test to drift lower ... even a cross of below 1.3659/52 cannot be ruled out ...

2011-10-20 _ (09h28 CET) EUR-USD _ 030min _ 000 heikin ashi 240-500-40

Lowest been 1.3673 until now ... whereas daily pivot (DPP) has been dampened further upside until now ...

Only a cross of beyond 1.3804; 1.3814; 1.3844 can provide some mild hope for further limited upside ...

All major key-points has been mentioned

Seems a good aspect for scalp some trades. for several pips up and down.

sorry for not beeing able to provide a chart yet. Hopefully later....

Some of my TF's suggest the following EW count:

3914 was a top. The following wave down to 3653 may be a wave 1.

The following upmove to 3869 is an ABC move. Maybe this whole move up was the A leg of an ABC flat, where we have seen now the B wave down to 3673. Most of my TF's judge this move down as an ABC.

If this is true, we are likely now in an C-wave impulse up, which ideally should lead us to 3881, minimum (for a running flat) to 3803
