DislikedYes - you get new people to work 1 trial shift unpaid after choosing them from the resumes.If they are not a psychopath , and you actually get on with them , you can put them on a 1 month starter to see how it goes.If they work hard and can make themselves useful , you keep them.
But , for me , if you can have a laugh and a joke with them that's almost as important as doing the job properly.
I left the last place after 3 years , was getting bored , and we had too many cooks who didn't have the passion for food.I would have got rid of them but...Ignored
