Hi PH - Good to see you hammering away at those price traps!

I have a couple of questions about your trading...

1. Do you filter your trades based on the general trend or an MA?

2. Are you trading right through the European session, maybe also the US session? Any thoughts on the best times to trade? Do you think Raz's three hour slot is still the best?

3. Have you been keeping any stats on how the trades are working out? If not, do you have a rough idea?

4. Do you stick to Raz's trade management (i.e. take profit twice the stop + 3 PIPs etc.) or do you use your own?

5. Do you mark up any pivot levels or resistance levels from higher time frames to help your trades?

1. I don't (Maybe I should). But we do it yesterday on skype and i must say it was a good thing...

2. I don't care about the hours, just trade UK and US and lunch in the middle. Stop about 6PM GMT.

3. I only consider to do this thing reasonably a few days,so... I,ve been posting results of that. ( I only trade this at a week and a half )

4. Sometimes i personalize it with BE's when we are about 70% of the winning way.

5. Look only at some few trendlines at the 15 minutes. (maybe a should use those lines too)

Anyway, I just do it as RAZ although sometimes we don't see the same traps. But i always fallow him straight when he is around, and got much to learn with him. Method is simple as he states and he only looks at price action too.

So today was a loosing day:

-17+18-20+18+0 = -1 pip

i see the first trap was a looser.

the second a winner.

i can scalp gold very well.

I had to miss this session and maybe I'll have to miss the next session (family matters).

whatfx, I used to scalp M1/M5 with stochastics, the results were pretty good, but it was very stressful, you have to watch M1/M5/M15/M30 at the same time, so I can't recommend this method.

The last couple of weeks I scalp M1 with VQ indicator. The thread is here:

The topic-starter claims 90% winnings. I'm not that good, but I have 70%+ (maybe because I trade only H-1 trend's direction and pay attention to the PA).

I should start it earlier, it is a great system, but my broker doesn't allow TP/SL less than 10 pips. Finally I decided to use SL 10 and don't set TP, exit manually.

Sorry for the off-top, it won't happen again!

Hi Raz,

Very nice system!
I was working with almost the same system only on m5, but i must say the m1 trap looks very promising! I had 3 winners and 1 loser today!

Just want to leave a message here, i quit the skype group couldn't handle the new guys each day asking the same question over and over again, when all answers are in the first post... the conversation was more of a alert ''raz '' system than trying to learn by ourself thing...

however system is ''ok'' the main problem IMHO is not caring about higher tfs
