Done 21 pips. Trapping momentum is very important.

Scalping is a part of Quad strategy trading. My opinion is that every trader needs to have 4 main strategies to be successful and to apply them when market shows current path and momentum. TREND, RANGE, SCALP, and DIVERGENCE is the main part of my Quad strategy program, and I advise you not to stick to 1 main system or component let alone 1 trading routine. These are hard market times, and you need to protect your equity.

Nice DT forming on EUR/USD
Didnt break 1.3797 -> This should go down now for a retrace

I still have a target of 1.3861 (50% "Fibo" of teh downmove) before we resume the trend downward

Read most of the posts today, this thread is definitely turning into the best one, thanks to all posters!
PS: I was long from 1.367 this morning, closed at 1.3785
I am now short from 1.3783, target 1.3732 (if brek of 1.376) where I will cover some and then 1.3700. SL 1.382

PSS: careful at 1.375 level if we bounce from there, this could mean that we are not dealing with DT but are zigzaging within a bullflag..
I am babysitting this trade atm.

And cascading it down again with a mixture of limit and looping orders ...

When PA moves so fast in 3 + pip difference 3778, 3785,3792 that indicates stop hunt as price has been hunting all weak stops. Thats perfect for shorter TFs thus giving you opportunity to close it in profit or fast move stops to BE.

Momentum push. Was long from 65 closed at 88. I may long again now but with smaller poundage

got 43 pip profit.

Now i will make an entry risking only 1/4 of the current profit.

E:3778
S:3748
TP: 3860

Its basically 30 pip stop but poundage reduced to 1/3 giving it a good r:r ratio with basically 10 pip stop at normal lot size.
