lol.. good thing i wasnt trading pound/yen. look at this 1 minute spike of 88 pips in range. hmm.. what news came out?


i knew from beginning jpy is just a bad idea for me. too many spikes lol.

spike seen on cable as well.

It is not important are you studying in top 100 or not, all depends how you educate yourself.
Life is all about survival, everyone work hard and sacrifice their time and energy to buy bigger house or better car etc. They seek pleasure and sense of security but they still can't fully reach that. What i'm trying to say is that take it easy, enjoy some puss! and sunshine. Life is short and we all should focus more on things that are enjoyable. There are too many rusks that only spread jitters and can't see other human beings.

This is self-educated man, he has such a wide range of knowledge and I have create respect for him. And what is most important, he can think out of the box:

Good question, feel the market, look at each bar prior to the TL, where are the bulls and where are the bears, did the bear push down before at the same level? Who is trapped pushing the trade in the opposite direction? Nothing is black and white is all grey. Get in at a good price, and take partial profit before she gets back to your SL.

are you reffering to me billy?

anyways, price, like goldman says stomps on supply and demand. we have to watch how price moves, then look at those things. Psycho-levels mean nothing, if price doesnt respect or fall-into-place with them.

I am in short @ 1.3357, covered half at +10 pips and moved my SL to BE.

so if you dont know in advance if there 's a pullback, you could consider to enter at the first break with half of your lot size, no pulback you are in and gaining, if there's a pullback you enter with the other half.

yes indeed Buma and good morning. i have noticed that announcements are mentioned quite alo there . i am only asking in a good way. Over time if a person keeps good records they can see a good history (if) they fail or trade irratic lol. i had a quick look at my last fri chart and have gone long on e/u it had gone below my resistance line that should keep me quiet for a while. I am surprised i told what i've done lol. happy trading happy days

Sorry, I think I do not understand your question.
But look at the pic below, why did I enter there?

I did because bears where pushing down at that level before (see 1).
Now look at where I got in, you got a nice long bull bar, then you got the indecision bar and a bear bar, that was already indicating to me that the bear were pushing again and bulls got trapped, I did not enter there because just below there was a weekly low( black line), so I did not want to bang my face on that, next bar confirms me that I need to go short, bar closes below that weekly low.
I am in, because is ranging day, as soon as I gained 10 pips, I covered and moved my SL to BE

My second lot got stopped out at BE.

This is the third time that I get stopped out at BE with my second lot, but made profit on my first lots.

Happens often in trading range to get stopped out with the second lot, but sometime you ride a larger swing.

Bought gold and silver 2 hours ago. Price confidently shows "bulls are in control". Not time to sell. Perhaps retracements might happen, or complete wrong thought but my trailing stops are in effect.

ADD: Buyers look to take profits creating a retracement, and i will possibly put another order there.

I have heard pro-traders explain of how being out of a trade is a better feeling for themselves emotionally speaking, and financially speaking, than being in one.

Sometimes the most basic concepts is just so hard to apply or accept, and one only does so after the 'something that made me finally understand' incident.

piptrapper... possibly sleeping he says. He's in the US. its now 7 am there. You're in australia and im in indonesia so we are in the same sort of time zone with least difference.
