Guten Abend!

Just awoke after I did trade since Asian Session until half an hour prior to LONDON CLOSING ...

Comrades ... as you can see it is not soo important if you have got your major move of the day at all ...

But in total sum I have had much more pip-moves "auf der Schaufel" than the whole day would have given to us ... when I would have been waiting with my positions until the second major move down has been done ...

Good morning Asia!

This is my kind of view for the last 24-hours of this week no.39 ...

HLs are not purely based on pivotal approach ...

I will post it here and now as a "non-verbal" explanation of what I am thinking what may happen during 24-hours ahead ...

2011-09-30 _ (01h21 CET) EUR-USD _ 030min _ 000 candle 240-502-40

1.3609 (black HL) is meant as "Trendbestimmungsebene" ...

As always red ones are resistances in nature ... green ones are supports in nature ...

High probability ENEX-Zones are the blue HLs ... in this case 1.3642 and 1.3559 ...

We should see further attempts for a move up towards 1.3642 - 1. 3677 ...

Casual supports as shown with green HLs ...

Big red bar is not a TL of course ... as it shows favoured direction for a first step engagement ...

Overall a position trader (i.e. a trader like our member SirMcPip although I know that he does favour the upside) might favour a "sell the rallies" stance ... specially as long as still daily IMM settlement is below 1.3744 ...

Cross of above this limit (with clear confirmation closing) will change this view and strategy ...

ELLIOTT :

Still counts down from 1.3690 ... just the same way as mentioned yesterday ... 1.3488 ~ 1.3444 etcetera ...

Ich bin aber kein reiner Elliott-Freak ... und ich verliebe mich auch nicht in irgendwelche Fan-Lager ... that does not mean that I do not know how and why ...

Hi mercy, stulic - you seem to never sleep.

With narrowed S/R levels projected last Sunday, I am looking for decision at kijun sen 3525 (50%fib retracement from around 334x and 368x) if current TL is rejected.


Levels were not bad, only I was to busy for manual entries and found it risky to place pending orders. got stopped out twice on narrow SL.

Off to Iceland on saturday, wish you a good week!

Haha what can I say, my time zone has the best exposure to all three sessions.
Too bad major moves tend to happen later in NY session when I really should get some sleep.

As a pure intraday trader I like to watch the lower TFs ...

Charts with H-4 do give us only six candles a day ... not precise enough for my purposes ... and not aggressive enough ...

But I have taken your nice chart view as an opportunity to watch it this kind of Ichimoku in a lower TF ...

remember yesterday trade of GBPUSD?
Looks ok now for me.....like 300pips in profit. TP is where the yellow line ATR is I guess. Or I will leave it for weekend.

EURJPY over 1000 pips in profit....
