Edit: have taken profits and reversed my position, now short eur/usd.

what is a supply level? a supply level is an area or a zone in which sellers look to sell.

what is a demand level? a demand level is an area or a zone in which buyers look to buy.

okay, first you need to spot imbalances in supply and demand. consolidation, bracketing, you name it. i like to call it accumulation. Here i have a random pair i never use, and you can see how amazing it works on the sublime levels, on higher timeframes. perfect for swing trading. okay, to draw a demand level one must draw a rectangle or two horizontal lines one being on the LOWEST LOW of the accumulation step, and the other on the HIGHEST UPPER BODY OF THE CANDLESTICK. To draw a supply level, one must draw a rectangle or 2 horizont. lines theOPPOSITE. You now draw the UPPER LINE on the HIGHEST HIGH of the accumulation step. the LOWER LINE corresponds to the LOW BODY of the candlesticks. If you still dont understand, i could post you another chart with more detailed explanations.

One thing you need to be careful of, is picking the right zones. These are easily found on the hourly and above, and i persoanlly recommend h4 and above for the best zones. Remember that once a supply is used, there is a chance price would break through with enough momentum, same with demand. A broken demand becomes a supply, similar to support and resistance.

i dont even know this pair, but imagine what would have happened if i took those orders. They are low risk in my opinion, as long as you have the knowledge of impulse momentum and accumulation.

unfortunately, i wasnt trading the eur usd. i was trading gold and silver.
I was waiting for the decisive supply and ichimoku resistance around ~1.3700.

Heres one of my live trades on gold using supply and demand.
see how buyers stepped in? why?

That zone is a demand zone. They demand the product. in this case being gold.

update on the gold trade.

although, one must know the OVERALL DIRECTION of the trend/minor trend, to fully put this into good use.

I mean right now, looking for a demand level in euro us dollar, is irrelevant, or not useful. We know overall trend is down, there is a possibility sellers might crash the party of the bulls, make a bear flag, so it needs common sense too

The power of fibonacci and supply and demand. Here i will get a random pair... hm... AUD/JPY... i dont even trade this and i will show how powerful fibs can be with fibonacci arcs, expansion, and supply demand knowledge. say you are trading on a m30, and on h4 setups. From my experience of using fibonacci arcs, i noticed that 38.2% and 23.6% retracements always reaches the FE61.8% target, and hit the 100% most of the time, and 161.8 is hit sometimes as well. 50% retracement off of arc means a slower move, so take that into hand. so basically, the least percentage of retracement gets most momentum out of it, in my opinion.

here are some examples. these are RANDOM setups. I just look over charts, and see possibilities. Apply it on a live trade, see how good you'd go pick ur favorite pair, STUDY IT, KNOW IT INSIDE OUT, then play it.

THis is a simple system to those who would love simplicty, and profitability in low-risk terms

I was charmed by his introduction, I red his first 10 pages with delight, I had a feeling of some kind of deja vu when I was reading them, because I felt that he was blending human conditions to trading. Bread and butter for me.

But then when I was inquiring to his followers I did not feel that they grasp the essence of what I was captured, that feeling of freedom and flow of individuality. They were not open to others experiences and differences but only trying to protect something that does not need to be protected because is free and does not need to be constrained.

Because of that reaction I did not continue to read more than the 10 pages
(they were constantly referring to read at least 200 pages) and I decided that
the 10 pages for me was enough to understand the essence of his words.
