I was kinda hoping the inverse H&S on EU (1h) was going to be triggered.. but nothing happened. (after all GU moved just 68 pips and EU JUST 90 both being into asian range...)

I knew it's going to rise from here...said it in my post..was waiting for it since few months..sucker lost it...
1550 was my line..I didn't placed the order now regretting..will wait for retrace if that ever happens.

Long on GU for scalps...

Yeah, I've noticed lately that I am on spot with numbers but ain't getting much out of them being a chicken
So changing my strategy with scalps.

What's wrong with damn gbp. Why it's not going up. Darn cause of mess Euro is.

Get it soon Nav, did you read this mornings Metro paper. 40million jobs to go worldwide due to crisis!! 40M??? God help us.

hi ams, I know you are quite handy with the fundies... as I am reading UK is in a big mess as well and last BoE meeting is keeping the money floodgates open (QE)... so coupled with USD strength I don't see any reason why we should expect GBP/USD to go back up to 1.65, 1.70 or let alone 1.90...

Hi Marquis, to be honest all are in a big mess. So called emerging markets though expanding but also have to deal with very high inflation due to "black / untax'd money" in their economy driving inflation prices like crazy.

We are all in this together, due to globalization (jobs etc created in china, india) if something happens to one member of the globe others will now be effected too. It's not like Lehman crash anymore. It'll be a trade war among countries soon. If one devalues the currency, other will do too.

As far as GBP is concerned, it'll not go beyond 170ishh at any cost unless they start raising rates and cutting deficit heavily. Not going to happen anytime soon. On the contrary we have QE2 news hammering the currency. I reckon we will range between 150-165ishh as per the historic charts, this was the range for months/yrs before things were stablized.

Nav you might find this of interest... the S&P500 index is very highly correlated to the full moon cycle. If you put a chart of the SPX and superimpose on it the full moons and the new moons you will see they correlate to market tops and bottoms.

Trust me, if people started loosing their jobs, it'll chaos in homes due to money shortage. Fights in home, riots on streets. What do ya expect?
Eventually one would only find peace in drugs etc...

Well, to begin with. Behaviour of humans is related to the moon itself. We are mere composition of atoms and moon used to be a part of earth anyways.

Change in closness of moon dictates our behaviour , ocean rise etc due to gravity...we are consist of 80 percent water and moon governs water...all part of the same circle more or less
