The collapse of Dow Jones

Us Dow Dive to today to 10586, making a new low but not lower low, 10444 it the area to watch going down to continue the down move. As i have wrote on August 15Th, 2011, the ugly picture of Dow Jones is here, the only low holding at this time is 10444.The outcome of breaking this low, Dow will be aiming at 9359 our 100% Fibonacci Exp target, this will take place slowly in a few swing as usual and not one swing. 10444 must hold to prevent Dow from collapsing, the over all target after reaching and breaking 9359 will be 7903, boy oh boy, will this happen? Our job as traders is to follow what the market telling us and that is our only job

A lot of traders made tons of money this week and tons of traders lost tons of money this week, which side you on.Some will come and tell you the market moves 900 pips but we don't trade, and the others will say if you did this or if you did that, Fibonacci control the the stock market movement, it has been like that Since God created us, it all within Fibonacci level for balance, nothing go up forever and nothing go down forever but the balance always exist, you must believe in your ability as a trader, you must ignore all the negativity out there, just focus on the positive side of trading and you will become successful. The monthly final target 1917 hit some time ago. Since that that time we haven't been able to get above this point and we started to retrace. 1765/57 was a significant line of support that we opened under the other day.

Now GOLD goes down more today, to where?

As we have said many times in this thread that the 61.8 is a barrier. Once you get an open above it you are likely to go to the 100%. If you break and open above the 100% you are likely to go to each of the sub-targets followed by a retrace before reaching the 161.8 Target 2, full Target. When a sub-Target is hit, we commonly retrace to the 100%. When the full Target is hit, we will retrace to the 100%, if there is an open under this point we are likely to go to the 61.8...which started it all.


That's right, we hit the 61.8 today with that big drop in GOLD.

This is just the way Fibonacci works...

Monthly chart is looking for support at (100%) 96.10, if this doesn't hold we could be headed for the sub-targets 138.2 (.9170), 150.0 (.9033) and full target 161.8 (.8897). If 100% holds we can get a retrace to the 61.8% barrier, we then let the market tell us what the next move is. If it holds we llok to the 100% again. If the 100% is breached we look to each sub-target with a possible retrace after hitting any of them. Most times we will continue to the full target if the 100% is breached, this isn't always the case with the Monthly and Weekly candle charts, you can end the swing on a sub-target. Listen to the candles and let them tell the story.

Weekly chart is very similar to the Monthly. The small downswing move is the same as the Monthly, but the larger upswing is a little different. Looking at this difference the Weekly had hit the 150 Sub-Target, While the Monthly had hit it's 138.2. This will also effect the retracement of the larger upswing and levels of retracement (ie:100% and 61.8%).

Daily chart shows the Monthly Hi/Lo levels. We play these level by level.

480 shows another swing down was complete and a new one started. We are now passed the current 61.8 barrier of the downswing with a 100% Target at 97.01. If we open below the 100% we look to 138.2 (95.60), 150 (.9516) and 161.8 (.9472)

240 has reached 138.2 (.9671), which has a 61.8 barrier of .9866. Just like always look to the sub-targets for further moves down and at the 61.8 barrier of the small upswing.

GOLD

Monthly reached 150 (1917), Full Target is 161.8 (2014). We are now retracing in the monthly chart. First line of support is 100% (1505) next is 61.8 (1190).

Weekly had hit the 150 Sub-Target (1880) and is now retracing. First line of support is the 100 (1608) next is the 61.8 (1401).

Daily shows a larger swing up, which has reached the 161.8 Full Target and is now retracing in smaller swings. We have both the larger Bull Fib and the smaller Bear Fib on this chart. The smaller downswing is complete to the 161.8 Full Target, notice how it matches up with the 61.8 Barrier of the larger up swing. Now we look to see if the larger 61.8 barrier holds as support.

480 shows two Bear Fibs. One is complete and the other is below the 100% working toward the Sub-Targets.

240 First downswing was complete so we have put the next Fib in line. It has Reached Full Target (161.8) and sits at the 150 Sub-Target. We wait for direction and proceed level by level.

This thing is moving target by target and playing by all the rules. Right now we sit with many of the downswing Targets complete. So we wait for new direction with candle open above/below. The market will tell us where it is going, we just read the candles to see where that point is.
