hey man, can i ask why you didnt close this trade earlier? because it was going sideways for about an hour between 9 - 10 GMT. not saying theres anything wrong just curious.

Simple. I am trading from 10 GMT on. I was not home. I was monitoring the trade though, on my cell.

it would help if you mention the reason you come out of a trade. e,g, tp reached, or going out, end of day etc....

what does 'av 106.6' etc mean ?

Thank you for the suggestion.

Look at the first post. Av means average. It is the average price of my position. I am adding at specific levels if the price goes against me. Then I reduce position when I consider the price cannot get higher in my direction.

I also exit based on pivots, PA or discretionary.

added a lot on EJ during the recent move down. Now average is 104.69 so I am 150 pips away now.

I exited the trade at 104.78 for a gain of +9 pips.

It was a lesson learned. I did all the mistakes in the world but due to my large equity I was able to survive and to finish with a nice profit. But the risk was immense on this trade.

It was 200 ad-ins times 9 pips, a total of 1800 pips on this trade.
