Which one will hold, the Daily bearish Gartley or the 4H bullish one, Large time frame control the small time frame, but small time frame react to the move faster than the large time frame, we have two formations and we have to pay attention to both, you can not ignore any of the two, 4H chart is reliable, Daily is more reliable, so it has to be traded swing by swing. Trade the daily swing support and resistance, wait for today price action then see what is the market trying to do then go with it.

AUD/USD
Monthly shows we had reached Sub-Target 138.2 (1.1154), then we retraced down to the 100% (.9938). Right now we have some areas to watch in the monthly, we will watch the 138.2%, the 100% and the Monthly trendline.
Weekly is working up to the 150.0% Sub-Target (1.1086) and the 100% (.9957). We always work level by level up or down, also note both inner and outer trandlines within this area.
Daily levels going up we have 1.0389,1.0439,1.0524. To the down side we have 1.0287, 1.0177 and .9926.
480 has swing down with a barrier of 1.0124 and a barrier to the upside of 1.0410.
240 If we can get past the 61.8 barrier (1.0395) to the upside we will continue to the Target 1 (1.0458). If we cannot get past the upsides 61.8 barrier we will go down to catch the downswing subtargets 1.0151, 1.0123 and 1.0096.

Gold and Platinum almost at the same price, now the question is , would both go up and make new higher highs or both collapse and blow up the bubble that has been driving everyone crazy.

EUR/USD
Monthly shows the Fibonacci Zones, pay attention to the shaded areas as these areas will be trouble to get through. Also note the middle line, this is a 50% mark and is a significant area to pass by or to turn on.
Weekly had hit full Target 2 (1.4945) and has been working down to the 100% Target 1 and to the 61.8 by swings.
Daily shows Support and Resistance levels. It's currently near the 1.3742. To the downside we have 1.3493, 1.3427 and 1.2967, to the upside we have 1.3742, 1.3836 and 1.3968.
480 shows a small swing up, and a larger swing down. We just had the early open of the market and it brought a gap which is below the 61.8 (1.3741) of the small swing and we sit at 1.3719.
240 You must respect the swing and also the trendline. The Euro has been slowly climbing up the 240 trendline in swings. But with this weeks open we are below the 240 trendline. Let's wait and get direction from the market.

Gbp/Usd, sitting on top of support 1.5704, our target is 1.5598, we must break and stay under 1.5683 to reach our target.

Monthly shows we had reached the full target 1.0471 and has been ranging since then. During this time we have been hitting lower highs.
The Weekly chart shows a slightly different swing. This one has us reaching the 138.2 sub-target and the 150.0 sub-target, then it re-traced down to the 100% first Target, 1.0097.
The Daily shows a nice gap, should it go up, from 1.0233 and 1.0444. You can see the other levels (up/down) in this chart as well.
480 shows the Fibonacci Zones
240 shows two different swings...
1.0053 (138.2) of the smaller downswing in the 240, hit.
It is always Fibonacci!

Daily chart more reliable than the 4H and winning the battle, so what did President Obama speech did to the market, absolutely nothing, market goes up and down in normal fashion..
