I use IBFX volume and it's the shit bro

As long as your feed can tell you when volume is

A) Ultra High
B) Low

That's all you need (other than an understanding of price structure)

Personally looking at your 8hr chart bears are still in control. Your highest volume bars looking at the last 4 blue volume bars have all been upbars. All have made failed attempts to rise and all have closed at or below their centers. TG marks SOS yes... but we are in a downtrend (your red diamonds) and I would want to see a major increase in volume on a downbar before I would even think of a change in trend. Other than short time frame scalps shorts are still the way... IMHO.

Right now the highest volume bar I see on your chart is a downbar from September 9th with it's high around 1.6. This high should be taken out and tested with your trend diamonds turned blue before we see any extensive moves back up. There was some minor buying seen with the next bar up but no reult / follow through has been seen.
Today's zone = Tomorrow's opportunity!

I just want to share some thoughts on a couple of nice opportunities that Euro offered today on a 5’ chart.

Yesterday there was weakness on the background so today I was aware of possible down movements.

On the Asian session market had been making LL+LH so it was on a downtrend.

Then it made a 2BR and a Test that allowed us to draw a TL. Price debilitates the TL and finally broke below showing signs of weakness. Price come back to test the projected TL with an increase of volume showing more weakness as the price do not respond to that effort with higher moves.

From that point price was driven sharply down creating a Delta Zone. Made a new low, and latter, entering on the DZ made a ND signal. After the weakness on our background, a movement below the low of the ND bar was our first entry.

Price made a nice down movement until a PS area. Then made a ND, and a new low for a SC. It went up to set an AR as per Wyckoff wave. From there on, price made a nice ST and a SO that drove the market close to the AR, there we saw SOW in the form of ND, UT, and a Squat bar.

BB where no interested in higher prices and no participation of BB meant prices was not going to rise any more… so it failed until a PS, the we saw a Failed Test and an wide spread down bar with climatic volume making what looked like a SC. After a SC we expect an AR witch followed, and then a nice SO that was a Test look alike as per VSA but with such a big spread I won’t call it a perfect test. We would prefer narrow spread bars.

Price kept rising to test the area where the 2RB was seen first (in the Asian session) and did it with a wide spread up bar closing of his highs, followed by a HH bar closing on its low and signaling selling so a SOW. From there on price tried to challenge that HH and did so with a ND.

A ND after a SOW with such climatic volume was a very good second chance to enter the market selling as price took the low of that ND bar. It happened on the next bar and the sharply down move followed nicely. That bar, btw was a NS bar, with volume lower that the previous two bars, but price never took the hi of that bar.

there is some strength on E/U supporting the market atm, however it is followed by a nasty 2BR and some testing. If we don't see an immediate positive result from this test then I think it is safe to short the low. The yellow line is a nice area of confluence of support as well as a 38.2 fib level.

How do you get the no supply and no demand markers on your chart? Do you have a mt4 indicator for that?

No I write it in myself. I don't see a need for using indicators, in fact I find them to be a nuisance. When you work on you chart reading skills you get to a point where you look at a chart and you can "feel" what is going on. The best way I can explain it is with this clip.

I like that movie, but its a good analogy. A competent VSA trained trader needs no indicators. Entry and exit criteria necessary to make a nice living from markets is in the bars, spreads, volumes. Although thinking as a predator does entails using indicators and oscillators to see where predatory operators will be likely to lay their traps. I was watching the EU trade last Wednesday on a 2 minute chart around the Singapore open. (Sorry no chart.) As rate ambled down, it started showing a bit of strength such that it rallied back above a 20 bar VWAP. That was a typical place where VWAP traders would place their buy stops. Rate quivered there for 30 seconds, long enough to trap some new longs, and then shot down under strong selling pressure. Chinese traders know what's what and have a roll to make it so. Don't trade based on indicators, but do be aware that big operators manipulate the markets to trick indicator traders into bad positions where they are quickly stopped out or perhaps hang on a to losing trade until margin call.

Entry 2 pips above 5m high volume shakeout, stop lost 2 pips below the shake out.

First section we see a SO on 5m followed immeadeatly by a NS which is bad news, but I figured we are so close to the DP wait and see if we find any support, which we did find a bounce. I pulled 1/2 position at out second NS and left stop in place and trade resulted in -5.5 pips.

Heres my trade. Exited for non VSA reasons. Your initial analysis has some flaws. If noone else comments, I will go over them later.
