incidentally, what are the pink and red ma's on your chart? the yellow, is lwma8, i guess.
Yellow 8 lwma (stays same on all charts I have), red is the 96 lwma to approximate the 1 hr 8 lwma, and the other is 20 ema.

ok, so 96 shows the approx h1 trend on m5.
why the ema 20?

I know where you are coming from and I have often thought of ditching, but Mrs V likes it. 20 ema another general ema that people use to trade the right side of. So right side of 1 hr (96 lwma on 5 min) right side of 20 ema on 5 min should confirm (short term) trend. 8 lwma cross and close candle should generally provide entry opp's.

Mrs V got 2 trades today, didn't get much out of the chf trade but gu ran up nicely. Giving a straight forward exit at W M2/M2 combo 5861.

This was an interesting trade.

Eur D Y was a hammer closing near its highs, fozzy just crossed up. 4hr hl above rsi 50 level. Good chance that we will have a move up.

1hr had a strong move up then a doji. 5 min pull back to DO's. With above and the reject of DO she felt confident to re-enter move up.

Why interesting? For us it was a 5 min lh but she felt with the above factors (good D candle, 4hr above 50 rsi + engulfing close) that trend is up.

So with 5 min ma's suggesting solid trend and a bigger pic hl she took this entry.
