As long as you pick a strong level for entry , you should be fine. ..I say that because absorption is required before prices can move through any strong level and that should give you sometime to exit..

BTW folks , I just checked my profile - Am just 3v's away and on the verge of becoming a Narcissistic, self important douche bag . And because these are the most important moments in one's life , I am scared sh*tless.. lmao

Hello guys! I'm new to supply/demand trading, so this was my first trade on buy. Loss. Please, tell me what was wrong? Green line - entry, red - SL, magenta - TP at the low level of supply zone if i identified it right. And please wright how from many supply/demand zones you identify zone that is a source of drop or rise of price? This is the main question for me. Thanks

Hello MozarTT
The area you went long is an area where there was demand on 2 or 3 previous occasions so I think demand may be exhausted in that area. But the driving force on e/u right now is supply. Just look at the overall trend by pulling back to a 4 hour chart or daily chart. Your long was counter trend overall. It is probably better to look for shorts in areas of supply (with the trend) rather than longs in areas of demand (against the trend). IMHO. This is how we learn so keep banging away at it. I have been trading for 3 years now and this supply/demand stuff is the first method that actually makes sense.

There is a nice divergence with MACD making higher lower and price action making lower low. We are in area of demand. Going up? Would like to see some confirmatory price action first.

Bouncing up from demand zone on 4 hour chart but on this 1 hour chart we are approaching supply zone. Anyone thinking short on this?
