Honestly there is nothing much to do if you are scammed by an unregulated broker. The only advise I can give is to stay away from them.

Yes, you are right. It is part of my others money that I have pay back. I have work for next 10 years to pay back my debt. How worst my life can be?

This crook LiteForex acting like like a nice guys/girls that seems so great in the early stage. Everything is good & fine. Then problems getting worst when i deposit more money & open big lot size. ReQuote & OffQuote start happens. Tell me that they have counteragent issues. Give me all sort of stupid reason. They are also the person who ask me to open a new profile to test out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It end up they claims I violate their regulations of open multiple profile. Before hand I already terminate all my profiles as advised by their financial officer.

If I would be you and I would have lost a lot of money I would visit them immediately and talk and cooperate in any way with liteforex. If this is not helping the next step is suing them. How and where? I don't know.

What you should not do:

- Waiting for miracles.
- Posting in forums the whole time when it obviously doesn't help you

Certainly this is not any good broker , I tried them long back & recently looked into but avoided last time , anyway you should check or obey to their aggreements & contact them for the solution . forget any profit made just get back the original will be suffice and if all your personal attempts fail then think about legal action or through mass prpaganda/awareness and some sites like F peace army to handle/negotiat the case .

Thanks for your reply.
Reason to choose them is because of their exotic swap rate.
Due to my unique trading strategy, I have to take my profit then i consider get back my initial deposit. Refer to my previoius post for more information.

u can say i've been scammed too, back in 2005/2006. there was nothing positive the government came out with (although i wasnt expecting much from them), i just took responsibility for the lost money.

i believe Liteforex is heavily advertised in Asia. & it has a low barrier to entry ( i think $1 minimum deposit).
u have to take action --- report it, take responsibility & move on. & be sure to learn from it.

Just out of curiosity, I had my lawyer check into this broker (I have my own fund and keep a lawyer in Dubai on retainer). He found some very interesting information about the company, past transgressions, and some of the results former customers have achieved. It's not all hopeless, you might have some recourse.

Malaysia government can't do much.
I would want to try multiple financial organization in Russia.
I will never give up.
It is an unchangeable fact that these Forex broker who act like a nice guys/girls from outlook but internal is all scammer.
It is all my hard earned money & I have to get back my money.
Even I am so unlucky to be the victim, I also don't wish someone become the next.
Profit of Few traders from our region also get wiped off by LiteForex.
I also Malaysian & I work in Singapore now.
Glad to learn from you.
Someone who act to be so strong in the post that they can always accept the fact to be loss.
If he is so strong, why still stay in Malaysia?
Malaysia government is stealing from the people all the time?
Or simply more happier to be scammed by Malaysia government?

I seriously doubt he would be interested considering the amount of money involved...he wouldn't get out of bed for that. I'll ask him if he'll compile what he found, along with any suggestions, and send it to me.

cywong dont trust every bastard on this forum,most probably this guy is just trying to make a way upto ur pocket in the name of his lawyer,instead of trusting to some random guy,approach some financial lawyer in your own country.
