MTF Price above/below MA monitor

Hi,

I want to have an indicator where it will display different timeframes and where the price is (above or below) indicator:

Example

MA 1hr 4hr daily Weekly
EMA 20 UP ARROW(image) UP ARROW DOWN DOWN
SMA 50 UP UP UP UP
EMA 200 UP UP UP UP

I want to have arrows(Red and Blue) instead of text

Does anybody have this indicator available? i searched it and couldnt find it

Think this may be close to what you asked for
(mMode set to 1 for Ema, 0 for Sma)

Do you have any idea how they made this thing.....it doesn't always change the arrow when it breaks an ma but it seems to be coorect in the direction price is moving. I wonder if candle has to close over the ma then a new candle open above it beofre the ma arrow changes.
