I read this 'Amazing Strategy' by the magic man quite some time ago. Surprise to see this again on front page on FF, you guys still keeping it alive and kicking. FF community really having some good serious discussion and entertainment here....

use 60 minute chart with the MACD and RSI on the chart
What do they confirm?

You don't need this kind of stuff with this strategy!
Read the first post!
All you need is to wait till the price hits its low or high for the day and then open trade the other way.
People crapped all over this thread with their magic EAs and indicators and all that matters in the end is THE PRICE. You want to win in this game, you have to become THE PRICE! This is all there is to it.

As a matter of fact.....

Above indicators filter your understanding toward flow of consciousness versus flow of money, and at the same time giving weighted response of public opinion and crowd psychology as related to movement of the price in four dimension time continuum and translating that response into digestible form.
This is a valid question, and shows that you are a thinking person.

It always lifts my spirits when I see this thread pop up with enquiries about how to trade the system.

I have a similar system that I use to trade eurusd 1 hour charts. It takes some time to get used to but you have to learn to "feel the price". There are no indicators just the price highlighted on the right hand side.

I call it Zen and the art of Forex trading. I hope somebody finds this useful. Don't forget, feel the price.

Momentum is traders in the market with power and money. They are the ones that influence the markets. Statistically I have studied RSI for over 3 years using Andrew Cardwell's little know RSI Reversal signal. Momentum in the markets (especially the U.S. equity markets) occurs in three places; at the open, around the time London closes, and around the time the U.S. Market closes. I trade what I call the Dow Trade and I trade it at the Dow open (9:30am EST) using momentum as the key element then finding reversal signals on short time frames like the M5 or M15. (Currently 22 straight wins starting back on July 18th - I don't trade every day, because with this method I don't have to.)

I trade normally from 9:15am (EST) for anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours. One can easily increase their account size using this method by 1%, 2% or 3% (or more each day) with few losses, low draw downs and trade at the same time every day. It could easily be adapted to London open times and Asian as well.

No offense man but your percents are ridiculous.
I trade AS using 25% capital risk on each trade (which in my opinion is really conservative if I think about the accuracy of the strategy) and my risk: reward ratio is usually at least 1:5 (quite often it is as high as 1:10). It is a rarely bad day, in which I don't double or even triple my money.

When you trade with momentum, you actually remove the threat of draw downs; so I agree. But most Forex traders don't increase each day, they decrease.
