so what about a long entry? retest of 395/400 ( on this tl ) is what I'm thinking

no point pondering about that bro, hollywood trades this time off the year is not gonna work easily, the i/d trades are way easier to take

Anyway, eg is pointing a bit of strength to the pound so there's a good chance of cable climbing here.

I'd take the long on the breakout, retest is every bit possible since it's only 20 odd pips to where you want it, but since it's also only 20 odd pips I don't mind the drawdown should the retest happen, emergency stop is okay at 340 so that leaves it a bit of room

Read about the 100K he made in Gold. Azim is really good. I wish I have the balls to keep positions open for that long.
Anyway I am taking a small short position in Gold...1779 is my entry.. stops above today's high.. target is around 1700... The reason for this trade is, I am seeing some selling pressure in gold past few days. Looks like it lost its mojo and starting the good correction phase.

I was holding physical gold brother, I wouldn't have had the balls to hold it that long had it been traded from the broker either

hedged in the retrace..hopefully it will sink below 1.64

That'll prolly work but if it sinks below 6400 you're not gonna see much money either because your buy profit would be reduced. Why don't you just close the buy & sell

nah if its a range..it should bounce if it does it can potentailly reverse here..i will just treat it as to separate trade..the buy is long term..if the mofo breaks to the top side..i will close both positions and take my profit

if it sink down..which is still in line with weekly, just about..it can work in my favour

why i do this:- body on dailly is poor, no news event today now, 4 dailly bullish candles and we still have this blasted quarterly chart pin..LOL
so meh playing the odds of the range

theres confluence at 61.8 which is around 1.6250 ish area..whould be nice if it flexed there for meh

Azim: I forgot that you were holding physical gold. Anyways Good job man...

Now regarding this trade. I am adding more to my position at the same entry price. Keeping a stop at 1791..Going to bed now.. See you guys tomorrow.
