FXCM recently released the Dow Jones US Dollar Index that is listed as the USDOLLAR SYMBOL (ticker: USDOLLAR) in the Trading Station. USDOLLAR is currently available on demo accounts and will be available to live accounts soon!

Today i only do some scalp with this choppy market and for the moment i keep my short until the end of the day, waiting for the close of the daily candle.

The way I see it is the range for the week has been 417 pips ATR 14= 314 ATR 50 =312 not much difference, what are the odds this week will close up outside the weekly ATR? I dont know.

We are just above the weekly piviot point and on the daily opened just below the daily PP, the daily also yesterday was a small candle and small candles are followed by big candles and visa versa.

The hourly seems to offer the best clue about short term intentions with a rising wedge, indicating a test and rejection of lower lows but awaiting a break out, I suspect this will happen, but at this stage cannot see it being sustained untill the end of the trading day.

I am long and have been since yesterday and will putting on a BE stop as soon as practicle, or eating my peas and taking ate loss at the predetermined SL, TP has been lowered which gives it a poor RR look but at this stage I just want out with something, a clean break through the 6200 line will change my mind but I will have to be watching and present for this level of trade management.

impossible to say..dailly yesterday was bullish and reacted of the bottom
the chart i post shows a big drop and consolidation, maybe a bear flag

but can be bullish as well..i think it will all depend on the news as usual but i think theres some kind of invention preventing it from falling of this so called bottom..

its 50:50 bro


i cancelled the euro trade manually..and it went up almost same time..but i think based on charts usd may rise..but i aint trading it
