Nice trade! Do you ignore the TMA? I only take trades that are on the other side of the TMA or on the middle line. I seem to miss a lot of trades that way.
I take a long trade when stoch 4H up RF alerts and the price is between the middle and the lower band. I will figure out something to catch those big trends when PA never goes below middle band. Perhaps I will try with Fibo as jmw1970 suggested.

if you were using the TMA True (with distances), you would have seen that this was a risky trade to take
that is the problem with the originally recomended TMA indicator, hence most people use the true version now.
the difference between true and the repaint, is that you would have see that the TMA bands were definitely bearish, for a bullish trade they should be either bullish or neutral (flat or almost)
the picture below shows how it looked on mine - the bands were bearish, even the previous bullish move didn't manage to flatten them out

I tested this system and it is promising but you can only cactch about 3 out of 10 long trends, if you add fib than you are much better off. Should I know something about the fib. you use or its regular stuff?

i just use a regular fib, although I remove the 23.6 level
basically for me, it either has to retrace at least to 38.2, or if the retrace doesn't reach 38.2 then I am looking for a breakout entry around the zero line
the original system was already profitable, I personally trade it though slightly different (with fibs, no stochastics, etc) to make it more profitable and allow me to catch more of the trends (especially important if you missed the first entry)

I know its profitable. I am a beginner and i made nice profits with it, but if I am doing something I want to get the most out of it. Since forex is all about the $ thats what I am aiming for.

Hello, I need a suggestion from you guys for a tool, where I can move the stop/takeprofit per chart/mouse and set a stop or limit order per mouse/chart.
Now I use a tool called autograf 4 from my demo-broker, which is quite good. The disadvantage is , that the tool is not free and only licensed for a few broker. And I am not sure, if I want to go live with these few broker.
I tried a EA from FF, where I can move the stop/tp per chart, but the movement was quite slowly. I could imagine, that here are few people, who use such a tool and could give a recommendation.
Iam not trading this strat so maybe it doesnt fit the needs for this strategy but i use an Charttrader/Trademangement EA like you described it, it works good

Having trouble shutting down the e-mail alert which goes to my mobile phone. I went to Global Variables and changed the "1" to a "0" shut down the platform and re-started ..... but still getting text messages to my phone - driving me crazy received 114 in the past two hours.
