I have a problem with the !Retrece Finder. It dosen't alert for bullish retracements. Do you have the same problem or is it just mine?

I don´t know your version but
I´ve RF Double Stoch Alert from Post 1609 and it works for buy and sell.

I´ve taken the E/U too. Based on the double top at 1.3960 I wanted the lower line and ignore the upside RFcandle and now stopped out at +3. That´s life :-)

I have the one that JMW1970 posted (post 1706) !Retrace finder. Probably I will have to use the same you use WoMaie.

did you read ALL of the post that the indicator was attached too?

the indicator you downloaded requires you to have the indicator "TMA Called" in your indicator list (does not need to be on the screen)

without this it the alerts are not correct

After using the RF for awhile Ive turned off alerts. For one thing it will drive you crazy and also seems I was leaving pips on the table,

So when I see PA moving toward the midline I pull the trigger on Momentum trades,,, can give quite a few more pips

Nice trade! Do you ignore the TMA? I only take trades that are on the other side of the TMA or on the middle line. I seem to miss a lot of trades that way.

I ignore the TMA when the retracement has been at least 38.2

in strong trending markets waiting for a retrace back to the mid/or opposite line might never happen

This is what I have found out, and missed a lot of 30+ pip trades. Now I will do better. Thank You!

in a long trend

put a fibonnacci from the low to the high (so the zero line is at the high), then look for a retrace at least to the 38.2 line

in a short trend the reverse

if you look at the audusd open picture i uploaded you can see my fib.

fibs are used quite a lot in various retracement methods, i just also use it in this one
