Any EA to move stop to BE?

Does anyone have a ea to move stop to Breakeven after x pips on any currency? (5 digit or other) . It should not and does not need to do anything else. I looked around on the forum and few others but they are not working properly.

You description is not detailed enough. Since this EA you require does not submit orders, you need to let the EA know what type of orders it needs to manage. For example, all orders? orders of a certain magic number? manually submitted orders?

If that is specified, this is an extremely easy EA to create.

so just put the number of pips u want the price to move before placing a stop at BE and it will, code is given for explanation on what it does.

the above code will be correct if you only want to manage orders of the current chart symbol.

yes, I hope its easy. I have 6 others like swissarmy and breakeven mql's and they don't work on my platform properly or It does'nt always work the way I want it to. I run a separate ea for entry and exit. I can always delete the majic number if need be.

exactly, it is designed to manage only the orders of the chart on which it is used, and not anything else.

and since it uses the Point function it will automatically detect if it is a 4 digit or a 5 digit broker and work accordingly.

so this means it will work on any broker.

cant it be programmed to move any currency to break even after 20 pips?
I would rather not have 10 ea's running to move a stop on various currency at once. It is only working right now on the one chart. I took out the symbol command and in testing it still doesn't move the stop to be. For some reason, I can't seem no matter how hard I review to get this basic function to work.

I need all currencies to move the stop to be after x pips. (I can always add a majic number command if need be) For some reason, it doesnt pull up the full trading pool

hey 4x..... you must derive the proper values for each order by using market info.....

sometimes it's better to use a function.... helps keep the start section neat and orderly......h

thank you, that makes a lot more sense now on why it needs to be done. I see a lot of programming the other way but it doesnt work well at all.
Hayseed, could you post the complete ea so I understand it better and run it separately. Would appreciate greatly. Otherwise, I am not sure how to cut and paste it in or run separately. Any help is appreciated.

The attached BE EA will modify BE for all orders in the account. Can be attached to any chart.

It can be used for 4 or 5 digit brokers.

What do you do with quotes from the yen pairs.
I have quoates that are 66.75 .....(re: 2 digit currencies) After a few pips it tries to move the stop to breakeven? any thoughts. if I had a 40 pip move to break even it would move after 4 pips. I also get a ton of error 130's. These pairs all stop out fast.

hey 4x..... it's common to add more and more functions.... trailing stops, alerts, close partial lots and such.....

if you do add more functions, be aware of conflicting actions.... or if running any other ea with trade modifying capabilites, be sure they don't fight each other for control.....

here would be a simple example.....h
