a modern day version of that somewhat brutal line of thinkin would be the commitment of 'futures' traders....... hayseeds don't trade there.... only the very big and very informed money is allowed......

so, to kill the chill, i started this morning lookin into the validity of joining attila....... or at least not blindly trading against him without knowing the possible risk......


while waiting on that trophy doe to step out, i decided to write an ea that compares my trades, ssi trades, oanda trades and cot futures ....... picture shows a very rough first draft......


collecting various links in this area..... noticed real quick some pay type info.... see no need to pay for anything at this point.....


beware, some of the links below are dang confusing cause they invert the charts....

what we need is a free true mq4 cot type indicator or better still a true free ea....

Yeah, I've been giving it a rest for the last week or so. Only been popping into the music thread to see if anyone posted any new and sexy sounds for me to listen to.

Forgot myfxbook's outlook as well http://www.myfxbook.com/community/outlook. I haven't looked at this one enough to make an informed decision about how accurate it is.

not sure if commitment of the "average joe's " can be used as an indication or if it's just another wild goose chase..... but it occurred to me that we might check the above average joe's.......

before i go further , just to be fair, the chart below contains my eurusd trades..... lime lines were winners and red lines were not...... this is just a colored variation of the way metatrader places your trades on the chart..... so you can clearly see i was bearish at the begining of the year also......

fxstreet.com takes a poll of some select above average joe's..... you can see each view for the week, month and qtr..... the average of all is at the bottom...... most you will recognize...... it's interesting to compare their views/commitment for the 1 quarter as time goes by....

the html is easy to figure out so i can go back and collect their veiws from the past......

will look into it more and post later.....h
