I'm currently short E/J at 117.028, looking to take profit first at 115.98 then 115. Looking to enter G/J short soon, TP at 128.5.

I wouldn't trade unless if there is a solid set up.
Volume should be light.
Besides, I don't see a good set up for shorts.

At the moment, GJ seems to be consolidating in a crude triangle (lower timeframes) with your drawn TL being the top line. IMO the TL will break and am looking for this part of the up move to complete at just above 130 (double top and 1hr 400ema) or just maybe as high as 130.5.

Of course, you may be right and it will bounce off the TL and continue down.

Intraday bias in GBP/JPY remains neutral for the moment and consolidations from 128.23 could extend further. Stronger recovery cannot be ruled out but still, outlook will remain bearish as long as 130.53 resistance holds and recent decline should resume soon.

Below 128.23 will extend the fall from 135.11 towards 100% projection of 140.02 to 130.27 from 135.11 at 125.36 next.

break of 130.53 will suggest short term bottoming and in such case, stronger rebound would be seen to near term falling trend line
