Looks like we could be heading towards a "buy the rumor, sell the news" event. Notice how the EUR is slowing down as we wait? Because of this, we could see a sell off later, even with good news. I wouldn't play it based upon that - just a thought.

Hey Chris,

I was sort of thinking the same thing... All to often, you see it in the charts before hand on how news will affect a currency.

Not to mention, it has taken us 4 days of buying thus far, and we still haven't covered the distance of the last daily bear candle, 4h looks kind of wedge'ish... I personally think the big boys have been slowly switching positions or continuing to build there short position.

I also think my view is tainted with bias right now. Need to clear that out, maybe take a break and get a fresh view tomorrow after things settle in.

At 5 pm EST - my Interbank FX feed froze. Imagine that. This is why I am starting to hate anything that isn't an ECN.

Nice little break down in the GBP/CHF. I have found that the pair has been very clean from a technical perspective lately.

The GBP/CHF short is working out. But what I found interesting tanked at the very end of the day - never a good sign for stocks.

In a nutshell, he admitted that some of the issues the economy is facing at the moment may not be temporary, and that the economy is running a little slower than he thought.

I have come to a point.

The full stop means something.

I have come to a point of clarity.

I am as about as drunk as a skunk can be but yet I have had a revelation.

I was watching Keith Floyd in America, he was fishing for big fish in a Hemmingway styli and failed. The fish broke off the relationship. (Relationship? That's a big word (read Woody Allen)).

Discipline has always been my major let down. I saw the turn in usdchf coming and could have made 2000 pips but no, I fucked up.

Just god help me change (which is rich because I don't believe in god!).

It's always down to me and you, the market is ALWAYS right, it's just down to the way we play it.

Hey Chris,

Any thoughts on this extreme market volatility? I'm finding it very difficult to swing trade. It can't just be Greece... does this feel more like big boys changing positions? Whatever it is... I'm ready for it to calm down....

Man, last year was cake... sell the dollar, buy everything else... this is just getting painful to trade on the daily though.
