I'm tradind Sho's method since severals weeks and have good results even if often i'm wrong. But i make those trades as if there were no spread (i don't integrate it in my TP, my stop and my BE as if i trade a 4H chart where spread cost not much)

I use to have a 2:1 ratio and i move the stop when price reach the same amount as my stop.

I try last week to demo with the demoaccount of MT4, and my results is very bad, while i have the same setup to entry and the sames technics for BE, stop, TP only i integrate the spread:

So : BE= Stop + spread
TP= (Entry+spread-stop)*2

The spread change completely my results, because i can't protect my capital(trail stop to BE) as fast as before, and my TP is bigger than before (+ spreadX2)

How do you do with the spread, it's a big problem for me on little TF.

Do you move the stop to BE without taking into account of the spread?

Are you taking into account the spread to calculate your ratio target?

I hope i was quite clear, difficult to explain this!!!

I wonder how sho (and others) do to win money on [5mn] charts with 3-4-4 pips spread. It's very impressive

Yes this is the method.

You look at big impulsive move, then wait a corrective move and take the good setup in the corrective move.

What you want to do on your yellow line seem good for me
