have had a discussion with a friend some days ago. I mentioned that in former times when one country tried to annex another was done with army, airforce and the marines. Today is done by buying that country's debt and lending money ...

is same old perspective, maybe.
In old days, there was were war financiers to their own end.
Now this becomes unacceptable in public eyes.
So the the goryness of the fighting done away with.

Why do you think some resorts to "sweeping the streets"?
As a means to replay debt?
This evils of humanity. But is no nice for me to say.
Neither is nice talk about kahn's on going case.
Just seems out of place.. Where his security protocols?

Hi fti, I loved the video...very funny stuff. I have been watching the Greek thing unfold for over a year now (along with Portugal, Ireland, etc). It seems to me -- and I admit to having a pea sized brain -- that there is no good ending to this. But, I smell a set up in the making (possibly) where EU government officials let the crisis develop inorder to "force" total economic and financial integration on Europeans, and I don't see Europeans just sitting by and letting it happen. They now have only two choices: kick the can down the road or face the music, but eventuall they must face the music. (I read an article within the last day or so that blamed the Germans as much as the Greeks for the current situation -- an interesting perspective). Anyway, what ever they are doing is making for good trading! Just make sure we are on the right side of the big candles -- LOL.

interesting times. I was digging through some of fti's past sessions. I made an outline of his dance. This particular dance seemed a bit funky to me. Note fti had a lot of foreign cap from the previous day...

also included fti's blotter-a very rare occasion

Market does not always reflect fundamentals-- you can read fti's earlier post on this topic (search within first 100 pages).

It won't be a suprise when a good voting result come out and trigger a eur sell off-- since the good result already priced in.

May I ask why you were specifically looking for 1.6198 - that sounds like a very rigid approach?

Already finished the trade - a lot of hours spent in front of monitors,
but it paid off even though I'm tired ...
Dancing with the GBP / USD for me was very exhaustive.
Answering all I can say that it is rather than rigidity sense ...
But everyone has their own interpretation of the situation ...
Despite initial assumptions always answer to what I see ...

I recognized it as the top rises to g / u
At this point I did not know how it will end, but ...
I may add that the whole transaction is not crossed 9% of capital employed.

Hi fti & Friends,

I have made a promise some weeks ago about an "epxperiment", in which I'll show you my way of Money and Risk-Management in a live session.

This will take place at Wednesday the 29th of June from 1 hour before London Opening. It will last probably 2 hours.

I know fti, you are not very happy with it. But becuase I have promised it, I will keep on to my word. You know, the value of our word is the only thing we have in this world ;-)
I can promise to you, that I'll not do any "magic tricks" or use any type of indicators. All I want to show is, to keep risk under control by actively managing a position respectively exposure ...


Requirements:

  1. You need to have a good understanding of fti's teachings. Otherwise you probably have no idea, what I'm talking about.
  2. skype, so that I can explain, what I see, think and do at any moment in time.
  3. And there is another littel MT4 based tool, that I have to send to you, to make sure, that you see nearly the same as I see. So you have to have at least one working MT4 installation on your PC

If you are interested to join in, please send me a PM here in FF. I have to see, if I can handle all the requests in one session together ...
