DislikedI think automated/mechanical trading is not possible to do profitably without insider info. Some people on this forum would disagree but i havent seen any evidence to contradict my position on this, only things that verify my position.
That means there is no indie, set of indies, or "system", EA, black box or artificial intelligence that you can trade profitably using a set of rules that you do not break. I might be wrong, but until i see evidence of otherwise thats what i think. If you have no inside info that is.

DislikedI'm using indicators the most of time if they could give me a picture when I have to wait and it give me a lot of signals where I could make up my mind wait a little longer for a better entry or exit chance. So I focus at first at the waiting chance.Making Profit is more a task of timing, money- & risk management to a lesser extend which indicator I use. Forex Literature make you think how important it is to use indicators. May be it's more for fullfilling the brokers pocket.
