Please read the first post very well.

Indicators are:

1.Ema(3,10,20)-ema crosses signals for buy or sell.
2.Macd(3,10,16)-macd cross signal for buy or sell.
3.Parabolic(0.1,0.1)-market direction for buy or sell.
4.Stoch paired(10,3,3)- market overbought and oversold,resistance and support.
5.Demark Trendline - buy and sell signal, breakouts, resistance and support points.
5.Grid indicator - To spot grids of 100's and to make trading very easy

Find some of the indicators attached.









Entry:

1.Indicators and Grid in 100s OR
2.Daily Chart direction and Grid in 100s

No hard and fast rule!

Exit:
Intuitive at profit or zero netloss.

The Risk Managment:
1. 1% of every 20% of portfolio, which means a maximum of 5% on the portfolio.
2.1-2% risk per trade or less.
3. Each trade must have a perfect hedge.
4. When trades are on, you have to hedge your portfolio from unforseen losses.
5.I only trust my strategy to be in control of the market, I don't trust the market.
6.Have a calculator to calculate your pip difference. You can't afford to loss 1pip.

The chart above is just an example, in a case you are not on the trading platform and things went wrong your portfolio remains protected.

Hedging Strategies,
The System below 1-9 are for thought expansion and ability to think outside the box. It will also help you to know how to hedge your portfolio from unforeseen losses.
The system on the chart is not attached to any trade. It is meant for you to visualize and also draw them on paper to understand the various hedging principles.The grid lines in 100s shows you where and how the buy and sell trades with respective lots are to be placed.

System 1-9





Please note that our strategy is based on system 6, but you can also explore other systems too, but take cognizance of the risk.Also the entry and other trades are mostly pending orders on the grid.

You will discover that each system is a perfect hedge, your job is to trade is profitably.

I like to add system 10

Buy (1 lots)

sell (1 lots)

PLEASE NOT:Entry for System 1-4,9 and 10 is on done by setting the pending order at the point described as the buy and sell entry when the price is in between the grid, for the price gets to any of them and it is executed.OR you can start the trade with any of the buy or sell entry and set other pending orders.
Please note that as you take profit on a set of trades, you close the pending orders and begin another set of trade.

May I ask if the 'sequence' of trades and pending orders is replicated in the same order as price moves from level to level?

So when you go to place 'new' pending orders, depending on which 'system' you use, you always place the orders in the same manner....

for example:

sell (x lots)

buy (x lots)

sell (x lots)

buy (x lots)

-- Price --

sell (x lots)

buy (x lots)

sell (x lots)

buy (x lots)

In the above example (just an example), as price moves around from level to level, THIS sequence is maintained.

Yes Sir, You are right. That was why I said you draw it on a sheet of paper to see the clear picture. With That, Intuitively you know when and where to set your pending orders.

Hi guys, I think this is a good method to make pips
I use a different kind of hedge...learned from a pdf called "awesome strategy forex never lose again" maybe u earned about that! but the problem of that is the use of too much lots if the market is lateraly...like 9,6 or greater and for every new "sell" or "buy pending" u have to double it...impossible to do if u have a small account!
So...i think this is good, but i'm trying to understand better this system.

Probability of Trades Success:

Generally Probability is 1%
1. Don't forget that every trade has a probability 0.2 to be successful, and it is your duty to turn the remaining 0.8 into profit.
2. The market is actually 80% trending and 20% ranging on long and short term.(Oluwadare)

Probability distribution using the chart below for explanation:
Using Buy as an example and a ranging market.
1.Trade 1- Buy successful-0.2 Probability.
2.Trade 2- Buy at Trade 1 drops 100pips to trade 2 and still fall another 100pips below-we have Zero Net-loss- 0.2 Probability.
3.Trade 3- Point will give us the WORST CASE SCENERIO,because we are at a loss of 2%.0.2 Probability. I have developed 5 Zero Net-loss Strategies to cure this.
4.Trade 4- We must have made additional 2% trading against the range at this point.So, we are on Zero Net-loss.0.2 Probability
5.Trade 5- We must have made additional 3% trading against the range at this point.So, we are on Zero Net-loss.0.2 Probability

This is not a STRATEGY BUT A WIN GAME. ALL YOU NEED IS GAME THE MARKET AND MAKE SURE YOU IN CONTROL OF THE MARKET AND NOT AT THE MERCY OF THE MARKET.
Please Read the introductory post very well.The only inclusion is the use of the grid indicator so that we can easily make our trades on 100s to prevent head aches and errors.I dislike stress!!!
Be Flexible Be Open Minded,Think Outside the box,hedge your portfolio internally from unforeseen losses.

For All explanation I am using EUR/USD
Reason are as follows:
1. I have dully backtested it on the strategy.
2. The range of EU on 1hr chart is about 60pips, 200pips for 4hrs chart, 300+pips for daily chart.Ranging market is the worst case scenerio using this strategy.
If you will use any other currency, you have to do the same analysis.

3. The Trades are based on 4hr chart and grid of 100s, 1hr chart is used as lower timeframe and dailychart is used as the higher timeframe; for good decision making.
4. Give High Respect to Support and resistance Levels,and Brake-out levels.
5. Give Respect Ranging market on any timeframe.Every Ranging market has a brake-out.
6. Give High Respect to Average Trend size of each Time Frame of the currency pair.
7. Never expose your portfolio to the market.Hedge it Internally against unforeseen market occurrence.The strategy will help you recover the loss margin.
8. Note that if the market crash you will make more money if the strategy is properly applied.

The first thing we think of is Worst Case Scenerio when using any strategy.
Before you enter a trade, a wise trader analyses his losses very well and not just his win.

Point:
Risk 1% on every 20% of equity per trade

Maximum of 5% of equity at any time T.To always laugh on weekly basis with 5-10% profit on equity you have to divide the 5% into maximum of 2places or more. I mean 2.5% per trade or 2% or 1% so that when 1 trade is wrong you can start another trade on same or opposite direction using the same % lot(Not the hegde trade now but another set of trades).

How I Trade the Strategy:
Handling Losses:
1. Assuming your trade is on buy 1lot and the trade goes against you with 100pips as stop, your pending order of sellstop 2lot is trigged 100pips below the buy lot 1. If the trade goes down down down, close it either at no gain no loss(100pips below sellstop 2lot) or gain.

My Strategy:
Most times I use system 6 or 7 or 8 depending.

1. Buy or Sell in line with Daily Chart direction on 100s grid.
eg.

System 7:
Buy 1lot(entry)

Sell 2lot below as stop(when my buy is wrong I need price to go down 100pips+ to be on Zero net-loss or profit.
OR

System 8:
Buy 2lot above as stop(when my sell is wrong I need the price to go up 100pips+ to be on Zero net-loss or profit.

Sell 1lot(entry)

OR

System 6:

Buy 2lot(When price reach this point I take profit on buy and allow price to rise inline with system 7 strategy)

Buy 1lot and Sell 1lot(entry)

Sell 2lot(When price reach this point I take profit on sell and allow price to fall inline with system 7 strategy)

WORST CASE SCENERIO:
2.If the trade goes against you when sell 2lot is triggered, just set a pending buystop 2lot at the price of buy 1lot and set take profit of buy 1lot at entry price.
After the reversal you buy 1lot closes at $0 and the buy 2lot is executed.At this point your trade is hedged on 2% loss inbetween. Note that,if it is a ranging market you make money trading against the range.

The 7 Zero Net-Loss Strategies.

WORST CASE SCENERIO
2.If the trade goes against you when sell 2lot is triggered, just set a pending buystop 2lot at the price of buy 1lot and set take profit of buy 1lot at entry price.After the reversal you buy 1lot closes at $0 and the buy 2lot is executed.At this point your trade is hedged on 2% loss inbetween. Note that,if it is a ranging market you make money trading against the range.

THE ZERO NETLOSS STRATEGIES:
Find below the charts:








1. Zero Net-Loss Strategy1:Trade against the range.

2. Zero Net-Loss Strategy2:You can take Buy 2lot at $0 and allow Sell 2lot to reverse to original price of $0 when you notice it is a Range.You make 4% out of the trade.

3. Zero Net-Loss Strategy3:Take Profit of Buy 2lot Since it is a Non-directional market which is a reversal or brakeout signal. And Place a Buy 2 Lot Pending order above the resistant point Incase it is a brakeout to re-hedge.And Since it is not a Brake-out but a reversal we close our Sell 2lot at $0.We went home with 2% Profit

4. Zero Net-Loss Strategy4:Allow the trade to brake out using your daily and 4hrs chart.Since there is a Brakeout at this point, We Sell 1lot and make 1% profit or more.

5. Zero Net-Loss Strategy5:If the Sell 2lot and Buy 2lot are Still Hedged. At This Point since we have spoted a valid reversal and we know that the average range of EUR/USD is 300pips on Daily Chart and it is achieved, we take profit on Sell 2lot with a pending order of Sell 2lot below the Resistant Point.And Take loss of Equal amount $ after 100+pips reversal on Buy 2lot which can be Profit or Zero Net-loss.
Note that the Trend can go downwards to trigger our pending Sell 2lot.If the same principle is applied on the next 2-3 reversal we will end up with Zero Netloss.We will get more than 100pips Reversal because the price might have gone down more than 500pips and using The Remaining 3% to Trade we would have made alot of money.

6. Zero Net-Loss Strategy6:Since it is a Range we can Take Buy 2lot at $0 after spoting a reversal and set a pending order buy 2lot above the resistant point,and allow Sell 2lot to reverse to 0$.And since Buy 2lot has been taken at $0, we take Sell 2lot at %0.We must have made 1% profit from this trade.
Zero Netloss is achieved and trading against the range has generated 3%

7. Zero Net-Loss Strategy7:Trading In-between the Range of Buy 2lot and Sell 2lot.Buy 1lot and Sell 1ot in the middle of the range when we are traped in a range of Buy and Sell 2lot.We set our pending orders according to System 6 outside the range for a brake out.Then Sell 1lot again for the Brake out to make at least 1%.
Finally Our middle range trades has generated 1% on sell using system 6 and 1% on brakeout. Zero netloss is achieved.

Note the trades can be vise versal.

How to spot a clear Reversal:

How to spot a clear Reversal:
1. Ensure it is a resistant point.
2. Sleeping market or non-directional market.
3. 2-3 Opposite candles with indicatore.
4. Lower time frame clear reversal signal.
5. Reversal Trend Size.
6. Double support upwards for buy or downwards for sell on lower timeframe.
7. Overbought or oversold region.
8. On you 1hr chart the market will give a slow reversal for a long period of time which will be confirmed by your 4hrs chart.

How to Spot a Brake-out:
1. Brake-out on non-directional Trend.
2. Brake-out on Resistant or Support level.
3. Use your indicators to confirm the above.

Final Note:
Ensure you draw all strategies from Lesson 1-6 on paper for clear understand and to understand mitigating of risk by hedging.
Always internally hedge your portfolio from unseen losses. By then you will know how to be in control of the market and not the market controlling you.
