it is totaly off topic, but for torrent I use BTJUNKIE.ORG, there is already comments to torrents so I now that I don`t downloading any shit...

it is really easy... use for example http://www.samair.ru/proxy/proxy-01.htm (it is russian website and they have free list of anon proxies), and depends what type of browser do you use (firefox, or internet explorer) use TOOLS > settings> setup proxy and simply paste some of proxies from the list... Your internet connection will go slow, but if you need just to download torrent or so, it is fine... when you done surfing turn off the proxy. Well will go long @ 6250 if price stablizes else 61 with a wide SL.
