Sorry, I do not understand what you mean by "ferrfx mtf" what is ferrfx?

I would imagine that they mean limit and stop orders. You should take a screen shot. I wonder if the "E" in STE and LTE mean stop or limit order with an expiration. Just a guess.

Maybe should be asking yourself what kind of broker doesn't know what their own abbreviations mean? I know you said Alpari, but wow.

ST = Short term
STE = Short term
LT = Long term
LTE = Long term
