DislikedJust trade performance FYI. The total pips won still hasn't changed from 1300. Not sure if that's due to a lack of update from InterbankFX or what.
The averages seem right on though.Ignored
DislikedSince I'm still getting a lot of emails for the indicators, I'm going to re-post them here....again.
I'm only posting the RAVI and the TrendEnvelopes as they are the one's I'm currently using. All the others are on the website. (TrendChaserFX.com)
Three positions have re-triggered: the GBP/JPY, up VERY nicely; the GBP/USD, FLAT at BE; and the EUR/JPY, which is slightly negative.Ignored
DislikedHey MudB Do you trade the method exclusively on daily charts? Given that the signals arent very frequent - the interval between two signals can even be weeks.
What is your opinion of using this on 1h or 4h charts?Ignored
I instaled all indicators and templats and it ddoesnt looks like yours...or on trendchaserfx.com...
Waht ese I should do to looks as it suposed to ....Ignored
NOTE THE DEVIATION OF .04 ONLY APPLIES TO GBP/JPY AND EUR/USD (BASED ON MY PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION).
DislikedI started using it on the 30(results on website) and have dabbled with it on the 5 and 15. I haven't really ever cared for it on the hourly or 4 hour, but it can probably be done without too much effort.
Using it on the daily has required very little interaction on my part and it seems that the less I pay attention to what the market is doing throughout the day, the better my trading results are overall.
Keep in mind that the signals from the TrendEnvelopes indicator are merely intermediate trend direction indications. I typically hop in and out of positions several times a week per pair; but always in the direction of the TrendEnvelopes indicator.Ignored
DislikedI should mention that I have my trading times set to:
SUN : 16:00-22:00
That will affect the backtest results.Ignored
