thanks liam and pres78 for looking at the chart i posted...by reading your post im gonna say i sorta kinda was on the right track....i didnt notice that it was the highest volume of the last 3 days...great eye pres78...but i was thinking we'd need to see an up day and possible test of the trigger...so overall not to bad.....ok back to the book...thanks again , best regards, john (trader_x)

Sometimes it's better to post nothing, if it can't be of any possible use. But it would appear you post these with an intent to irritate, since you also cross posted this to the AMT thread. There's certainly nothing redeeming about this.

my 2 cents;

A/B) selling climax, SOS
c) test..Failed due to volume to high
D) test ...back into the previous high volume area...passed on account volume is lower than at point C
price moves up from there....

thats what my take is anyway...best regards, john

A: Effort to fall
B: Squat (maybe squat is not a VSA term but since we got so used to using it already, i'd just put it here)
C: another Effort to fall, but note next bar is upbar and also a squat
D: NS

Looks like accumulating if im not wrong.

Big players comes in, when London and US opens, you can see this from hourly volumes, they are almost same everyday, but spread is different.

Does anyone battle to get stop orders filled,for example we entering a buy stop when price go above a NS?

I don't understand fully what do you mean.

Do you ask if it is hard in my trading to get my buy stop order filled after NS OR do you ask is it good to put buy stop order above legitimate NS rather than pulling the trigger right after I see NS.

If you were thinking about the latter it's better (much safer)to put buy stop above NS rather than just jump in blindly, especially when your experience with VSA is low. In case of ND and NS I always use buy/sell stop order. Let the market decide.

Apollogies for not being clear enough. I would like to know if i have a issue with my broker because my buy stop or sell stop orders don't always get filled.

If they don't get filled and you definitely have them confirmed i'd have a word with your broker. Sometimes if price moves very fast it can skip the buy/sell order all together and it'll get you in at a different price. Hope this helps.

I'm trying to install the bettervolume indicator to my metatrader, but everytime I try and save it to the indicators folder it says i don't have permission contact the administrator. the problem is I am the administrator on my computer...I got it to work a few months ago but I had to reinstall metatrader and now it won't work. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
