Morning fti. Yes I read this yesterday. I feel sorry for the hotel maid, but there are some people in developing nations that the IMF has been doing that to them for years now. But all humor aside, this is a very wierd story. Did power and greed just overtake this guy? One other story that caught my eye: Bill Clinton (former US President) wants the US to establish an governmental agency to combat rumors on the Internet. I think this is funny given that his sexual affair with Monica was first an Internet rumor on the Drudge Report. These people in power really think we are all stupid.

Politics is out of my league. Not have what it takes to deal with them. Also have not enough resources build underground bunkers to hide.
All I can do is wait for God judge them. God had made world big enough, for me no need cross swords with evil. They will find their own judgement.

Hunger for power over other people, or lack of moral convictions. I do not want to think of them as evil, but under the influence of evil. That way, I can hope that they can be saved. But, we may have to cross swords with them to protect our families and country. LOL--we may need to build a TAF bunker!

i am grateful for clarifying that point.

trade the price movement as long as it decides to take you, if you see he is changing his mind or slowing. you begin to prepare to get of the bus.

if he continues going, you go
if he stops and looks to turn you get off, then you catch him again for another ride.

i will follow that advice and will work solely on this.

once im good at this i might begin attempting to implement at a bigger scale.
my ultimate goal is to catch the daily trend movements, but i agree i need to start small.

my mind analyses charts this way
1 current events
2 commodity prices
3 daily chart patter
to form directional bias

small time frames to enter, in the direction..............but what happens if im wrong in my bias? i get screwed.

stop thinking so much. RIDE THE RIPPLES, KEEP RIDING AS THE RIPPLES BECOME WAVES THE WAVES BECOME CURRENTS AND IN TURN LET THE OCEAN TAKE YOU.

i think my mindset was flawed as i was Predicting where the oncean was going, at times telling the ocean where to go. then looking for the waves and ripples to give me more speed.

You need to read the first 200 pages of this thread. You will find that everyone here does TA. It's just that it is viewed in a different light. You will find it interesting if nothing else.

Not really, but thanks for the offer anyway. I'd rather make some money instead, just don't feel that making such bold statements, which are btw completely unsubstantiated, makes much sense.

wanted to mention that US is clearly in big shits....it's unfortunate that I will be looking to graduate soon eek!

anyways, if you look at the treasury and capital flows, we are negative. So basically we are not getting any money. We have inflation coming, unemployment still around and exhausted lots of monetary abilities. What's left for us?

Greece/PIGGS rearing it's ugly head again, heard on the tube the other day that Greece is considering re-instituting it's own currency, dropping out of the EU, which is mentioned in your link. Haven't heard anymore about the big EU meeting but watch out, Euro/Greenback/Yen all in a race to Zero.

Lol, scuttlebutt is that IMF/Strauss-Kahn arrest is in retaliation for comments regarding greenback replacement with IMF-SDR's
