Hi Rorieu, have responded below in BLUE

It's tricky. Getting in on the crosses is easy, picking one that will run into profit is not so. (Although it's gratifying how many do work out)
Waiting for an additional couple of pips in your direction is very wise.
It also depends on the level/s of profit being targetted and how. And this of course has to have some relationship with the stop loss. A trade could go to +20 pips then fall back into loss, some strategies will take some of that profit, some may have higher expectations and end up in a loss. All about the MM I suppose.
Do you pay attention to:
MAs
the SLOPE of the MA(s) - the steeper the better? No.
the GAP between the MAs - increasing or maintaining, diminishing? No.
{I currently look at both}
Anything from the:
RSI
the position ie distance from 50? No.
the slope of the RSI line? No.
{I have not found these any use}
Have a good weekend, guys.
And the same to you and yours, strada.
