DislikedIt is a MT4 issue. You are overloading it with so many charts. I have had the same issue before (i.e. MT4 freezing and after a rboot freezing again). The only solution I found to get the MT4 to start was to go to the MT4 directory, profile sub directory and delete some of the chart files. I hope this helps.

After the restart into the default profile select your renamed profile from the profile list & it should load your charts, assuming your computer is not busy with other stuff.
