NT data to APS

I am trying to use data from NinjaTrader to search for patterns with APS. I udnerstand that APS can read the NT daily data format but with intraday data there are additional steps since NT does not place a delimiter (for whatever reason) after the date. Here is the APS support note:

Can anyone think of a way of doing this, like with a script? I mean outputing data from NT in a format suitable for APS?

I was looking for discussions about this program and I found this thread. Yes, you can easily change the data to proper format by inserting a semicolon in he empty fields usign search & repalce.

My question is about Price Action Lab, the new version of APS and whether you people use percent or pips for stops in search mode. I ahve tried both and I can't decide.
