i will be out of the trade 5 minutes before the mpc announcement.

if there is a vote for rate hike then it will start the travell and i will entry again on a pullback

Uptrend is very strong and I expect continuation but I won`t loose more than 30 pips of that before I close it. The news report is a high impact one, and I will either tighten stop to lock in profit or take profit and wait for the report. I usually don`t trade 30 minutes before and after the news. So I`m off now & will be back during the US session.

The MPC is just the meeting minutes of the last vote, but still Red alert. Market looks like it is expecting to hear the right noises. I hate trading over red alerts even with a large stop like 129 pips they can take you out, I think I am going to exit before as well. I have to go out from just after 9 for a few hours so I think I am going to take my profit and run. Told you I was a terrible swing trader.

If the double bottom is penetrated then we could see a wild move down..
After all its going down for ten years..the most bearish trend in fx market probably

Market didn't like that news, that's my 50 pips profit gone. I hope it is going to pull back or I may have to consider exit, am only a couple of pips down at the moment.

I was thinking of you there Tkd, got to be honest, I scalped a nice few pips down....still looking for a nice 4h trade to place as I want to get out on my bike today!!

i am looking at the M15 and the KS and TS seemed very close together about half an hour ago but i'm not sure if this counts as a good signal or if it's too late/early for this move.

is it worth waiting for a retrace and getting in on this signal on a lower TF such as M5 or M1 once the H4 has closed above Daily R3?

there seems to be no CS overrun on the H1 is this a sign that drawdown will be limited in your opinion or would it be better to hang tight and wait for the H4 signal to complete?

i would not feel comfortable if not retrace at list to H1 TENKANSEN @ 1.0606 before going long...

I like the set up on this EUR/JPY trade on H1.
Price has broken through the descending trend line and the Ichimoku has lined up beautifully.

I'm hoping my correction came on the H4 from the move down from 123.30 to 116.50.
A close above the descending trend line will confirm my bullish bias.
I also like the fact that there is only thin cloud as resistance.

TP at list previus high
SL 1.6265

I believe the news were not very bad for pound.it spiked down but its on trend again.
regarding ichi looks like a good setup

Glad I held the GBP/USD, maybe I can learn to swing trade after all. But will I have the nerve to hold out to that monthly flat cloud? It helps being off line for a few hours
