Trading could be colourful and enjoyable. What I will share here today is my previous analysis of GBPJPY in a colourful chart. With all modesty, this is classical chart (it covers about 4000 pips (120-160). If you are trading GBPJPY, please replicate it on your chart or print a copy a paste it in your trading room. If you follow the chart, it is capable of giving giving you profitable returns for a long time. To have the best returns on GBPJPY the best strategy is to trade every 500 or 1000 pips movement.

GBPJPY moves is usually 1000 pips per movement with a pause every 500 pips. The 1000 pips support and resistance points are depicted by the yellow lines, while the 500 pips resting points are shown by aqua color.

The red zone on the 14 days period RSI is the sell zone, while the blue zone is the buy zone. The horizontal line on the daily RSI tells you when a movement is weak or about to reverse. The daily chart is the best guide for this style.

sorry to hear that PK...
not expecting a bounce no ...PA can go up to max 134.96 or 135.16..(pls..this is my view only)
too much selling pressure on H1..
It's going to be a down day (already -77 from the open) on both pairs GJ & EJ
VSA decreasing vol on the on up move..chart in a min

GJ H1..decreasing vol on the up move shows nobody is interested in higher prices at this point...and at this important time NY/UK overlap session..

Bounced off LTL, 4hr 200 ema and now seems to be in reversing triangle formation

Hi Mpt,
Test bar on H1 ..we still have to wait.. ..takes lot of strengh to reverse a trend like this and we don't have enough vol at this point to do it

Mate, i was simply pointing out that it was in a triangle formation and had been so for some 2.5 hours. Following a long move, that pattern can be a reversal pattern. Sorry, i don't buy into all this testing of bars stuff and the like. Sounds very eur/usd threadish. A bit like ascertaining volumes when you're hanging off a retail broker with no awareness of real world flows.

we broke H4 channel on both GJ & EJ...get ready for the big fall
and DOW is down 200 points already..EU follow US stocks usually and EU & EJ always good correlation..
Also lot of sellers entering the market on GJ H1..
