trading forex using Gartley Patterns

a little too greedy on kiwi yesterday and .5 was the level to lose some..

some interesting set-ups now...

dailys has a 2b reversal set-up suggesting .7150 targets longer term

1h has bearish Gartley 'A' set-up....looking to get short at .618bc on a correction. possible bearish bat set-up as well so leave an extra order at 1.62abcd

if the 'A'set-up works, or both of them, then provides a possible bullish gartley with the internal abcd as initial price targets

the Gartely 'A' trade now executed.The raising dynamic support now turned possible resistance.

beBat has 2.62BC @ .7962, 1.27abcd .7964, .786XA @ .7961 for fib confluence which just missed 2nd sell order at 60 (56.4 current high) but maybe fft/lon can test it again for entry...

possible 2b set-up, vols not supporting the rally..75/80 needs to support for the rally to continue, bearish close under 68 argues for 2b set-up

could you put some information out on the One2One pattern?

How can it be traded? Anything that can assist in its application would be most appreciated.

The best I have come up with from watching its formation on the charts is that it signifies When a Bullish/Green one2One emerges, that a Cilingof resitance is indicated for the next couple of candles at least.

Conversely, when the Bearish/maroon One2One emerges, a Floor of support is indicated for the near future. This can be very useful as one seeks to manage trades.

There is no doubt about the great work you do and share your knowledge to big numbers of traders, new and old.

However, the explanation about one2one pattern is sending traders always to go to read Gilmore books, which some can do and others can't.

In your indicator, korsigmonitor, you have "camel" pattern, running corr and 60-50 corr, which could be very interesting to know more about them.

I think it could be very helpful, if there is a simple documentation like found on harmonicpatterns.com or harmonictrader.com (bearish, bullish, level of retrace of each leg ..etc). Those who need to make deep their knowledges could go to Gilmore books.

we will describe all the implemented patterns, hopefully in same form as Gartley is described in AMPZone.
anyway...always worth to invest in the Gilmore works.

A couple of weeks ago I followed the link to AMPZONE as I became interested in the Gartley pattern, I ended up searching and have been using the Zup indicator...wow my trading has really improved only trading this pattern, W/M and then of course reading and understanding more about the Gartely patterns...man good stuff...wave counts and this seem to be the proper way to trade...no offense to anyone using other indicators and whatnot (as I'm still addicted).

good. if you specialize in 1 pattern only, its enough. Gartley is great for this purpose.

I just wanted to follow up with you to see how things are going and make sure you got my last email? Typically I tell people if they don't know about harmonics, that they might want to look into it and decide for themselves (which you really should do), but with results like we've gotten this whole year its hard to turn away from a methodology like this..

Anyone feel like going long?

I did subscribe for one month last year, and the promo code reserved for me was "99moneyshow99" for $99.95 so you got a worst deal, lol.

I found the same thing, and furthermore I found they were promoting Zup as thier own creation! I can't find the link, but there was some offer from FXGroundworks saying something like "Special Offer, download our software for free" type of thing. I know they have tidied up the code of Zup a little, but surely they are taking the P*ss a bit, implying you might have to pay for this indiator, and they created it.

I quized Derek Frey about it during one of his sessions on FX Street. He got the hump, and dissappeared. Funny guy.

Software and indicators don't make you successful but the way you learn to trade does. I've been a member of FXGroundworks for a while now and plan to stay with them....they've taught me a lot.
