We haven't seen EMA200 in a week - it's worth a scalp short imo if we get there relatively quickly

There is no rising volume. it's like comparing apples & oranges.
you're talking about 20-30 pips up, I'm talking about 200 - 300 pips down

Not going into the tick story, but VSA is making some forex traders rich, some hang around here too. Software doesn't come cheap too, and there's only one company that makes it.

The normal tick indicator is pretty much useless.
2 times world champ in real trading is using vsa.

Volume is rising on the up bars, but I agree is not very high. But you don't want superhigh volume on upbars.

I felt the kaboom wasn't coming past days if you remember, we're still up.
If i see weakness, then we can consider the kaboom, I have no bias.

Have a look at your previous H4 & tell me if that surge was on rising volume.

VSA is no magic though... Is actually the only thing in trading that repeats itself, can be verified by past data and fits how smart money operates, that I know of.

IE: moving the market up very fast to trap people, then with some consolidation you trap some more to then fall very fast? i know people experienced this. Downtrends are also faster, right?

Big money doens't sell on bearish bars because price would fall to rapidly against them, they sell on up bar and need people to buy, that's why sometimes on good news markets move up before they fall. So the sell high/buy low works.

I doubt banks care about moving averages and trendlines, they trade prices and need people to be trapped on the wrong side, news will do that and fake up/down bars.

The guy that came up with VSA was an institutional trader...thet's why he knows how to read volume.

This doesn't mean there aren't tons of people that can make a pile of cash with their strategies. Like wormboy
