Hi, Sixer,

Regarding to EWI's daily wave counting on eur-usd on that chart, Is EWI counting bullish scenario for eur-usd?

This type of counting is not clear indication of bull or bear. (1), (2) etc.

(A)-(B)-(C)-(X)-(A)-(B)-(C) etc. this may be total wrong, I believe.

So, next would be (X)??? where???

I lost in catching meaning from this EWI wave counting.

i don't plot my fives and c's.. its logical that 5 comes after 4 and is the last wave.
my yellow 1 and 2 could be a and b..
but i am bullish GBP becouse i am bulish eur/usd for now and bearsh eurgbp.
so gbp most bulish, then euro and most bearish usd.
larger TF could also be corrective in which case we could get more up movement.
i am not sure about that 1,2 count and may change it at some point.
but for now i am bullish enough to think next wave will be impulsive.

study the rules and guidelines of the EW principe.
then just look at a chart and try to make sense of it using the learned rules and guidelines.
It works best together with another trading method.
thats all there is to it.

Hi Jack,

let me answer your question:

the count on the chart itself (without knowing the bigger picture) is very clear. You have one completed impulse down labeled circle 1, and a corrective wave up labeled circle 2.

So next would be a circle 3 down, then a corrective circle 4 up and a final circle 5 down. That is clearly EUR bearish for the next months and targets sub 1.18.

Indeed EWI is very bullish on USD over the next months, maybe years.

Prechter plays the following scenario:

most debt worldwide is denominated in USD. With more and more countries, people, companys unable to pay back debt, this money is lost for the system causing the remaining dollars to go up in value. Prechter predicts, that at a certain point of time (when economic conditions get worst or social mood gets very bad) debt will implode much more faster than anyone can print new money.
